-No customs charges

BUT WE DO NOT CONTROL IT.
When we hand over goods to the shipper-we are given an estimated of arrival.

80% of shipments in the last 4 years have arrived in 9 to 12 days
15% in within 14 days
5% have experienced delays of up to 21 to 30 days.

Items shipped last Thursday and this week are expected to be picked up between the 9th and the 16th. There is a 80% chance of this happening. 20 chance of it not happening.
