PDP sin: Insecurity. I should however point out that insecurity was relatively low pre-GEJ. When GEJ came in BH was still a rag tag bunch of miscreants. Insensitivity, non-chalant blame game boosted BH and they became an international terrorist org.
Another 4 years under GEJ, and BH will be in every state of Nigeria. Simple extrapolation.

It is only in PDP's administration under Jonathan, that will setup a committee to carryout an extensive fact-finding mission - only to turn around and deny the findings of that same committee, throw away the Report and Pretend nothing happened.
