Bros, lets put the record straight, movie production in Nigeria started long before LIVING IN BONDAGE and the quality and story line were better. The name nollywood was coined out of hollywood (Nigerian hollywood ) in the late 90s. so dont come here and tell us living in bondage gave birth to the name. If you had said that living in bondage was the first ever movie to be screened by the igbos , agreed! Nollywood is an adopted name for the movie industry in Nigeria and the production of quality movies fit for cinema screens started in Nigeria way back in the 70s by the likes of Ade love, Moses Olaiya , Hubert Ogunde etc.
