Kyase:

Following protests seeking for secession to form the Republic of Biafra in some South East and South South states, the Cross River State government has issued a stern warning against such in its domain.

The government said its attention has been drawn to planned protest march by some elements outside the state and urged the people of the state, especially the youths not to allow themselves to be used to achieve any self-serving interest.

The State Security Adviser, Mr Jude Ngaji, said in a statement in Calabar Tuesday said that security agencies are on red alert to ensure that no unauthorized march, procession or protest takes place in the state.

“The state government attaches great importance to the unity of the country and warned that any person or group of persons who embark on any protest without a written permission from the police shall be made to face the full force of the law,” the statement read.

Democracy is not limited to conducting silly and rigged election. The freedom of expression is the cardinal point of democracy. The Cross State is not country outside Nigeria therefore the IPOB group has every fundamental and constitutional right to have peaceful demonstration in Cross River State. Where was the idiotic government of Cross River State when Bakassi was ceded to Cameroon?

I understand all these things that happened and why Ojukwu went to war in the first place and I also respect Major Gen Chukwuma Nzeogu and Ojukwu so much but this fool "Nnamdi Kanu" and his cohorts has come with another dimension to it. As far as that his nonsense called IPOB is concerned, I will not support it. Someone thinks he can just come out and achieve Biafra by abusing and insulting the whole world around him. That Guy is such a slowpoke as far as I am concerned

Well for Nnamdi Kalu, I know that some approach he is using is not morally right, but there is an old saying which says " All's fair in love and war" so judging by this all is fair, even when The hausa-fulani persecuted the Igbos which led to the killing of tens of thousands of Igbos,

An Ethnomusicologist Charles Keil, who was visiting Nigeria in 1966, recounted:

The pogroms I witnessed in Makurdi, Nigeria (late Sept. 1966) were foreshadowed by months of intensive anti-Ibo and anti-Eastern conversations among Tiv, Idoma, Hausa and other Northerners resident in Makurdi, and, fitting a pattern replicated in city after city, the massacres were led by the Nigerian army. Before, during and after the slaughter, Col. Gowan could be heard over the radio issuing 'guarantees of safety' to all Easterners, all citizens of Nigeria, but the intent of the soldiers, the only power that counts in Nigeria now or then, was painfully clear. After counting the disemboweled bodies along the Makurdi road I was escorted back to the city by soldiers who apologized for the stench and explained politely that they were doing me and the world a great favor by eliminating Ibos.

So judging by that you now now that there is no better approach than that, there is no country that ever achieved their freedom without discriminating the opposite party, because that will show there feelings when they express it.

I am a Christian a born again too, i won't call those words he speaks good but he may not be born again, all the same, "All is fair in love and war"

No better approach than that, and i think he is the only person now that i think can achieve this, others started but, after the nigerian government offer them a huge amount of money they calm down. Even when the children of God in those days goes out to war they don't encourage their enemies theY speak against them (it is not a license oh, as GOD WILL NOT TAKE THAT FROM ANY BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN NOW).
