Hi all, so much waist pain after washing bales of clothes this morning thus: 4 x 8 push ups, 6 x 10 modified push ups, 30 back extensions, 20 static lunges, exercise without name for 2 mins with dbs. Stretched for 5 mins. Thanks for asking babs and 123, am good. Took a doughnut almost as big as a racing car steering wheel yesterday, God bless my soul, it was just irresistible and a gift from an "enabler " *covering eyes* . Modath how goes your physio? He cant, he is a colleague. Cheeky bug! Taaa!!! Food yesterday: 2 wraps of moimoi and 4 slices of bread, 75cl zobo drink and 1 xxl doughnut, 1 slice bread and dinner was 1.5 cup spaghetti + 4 dodo + 2 pcs local cheese. Today: 2 slice bread and low fat spread, 1 cup spaghetti, 5 dodo and 2 local cheese, lunch, 2 slice bread. Dont know anything about dinner yet. Internet is still unstable till now, so see you when you see me. |

It's 8:15 in the morning here. sounds more like YOUR food log. Alot of the food mentioned here s stuff no one should be eating if weight loss is their goal. I know that list of yours were just a joke but it's really not that different from what Ive read on here so far. There lies the irony |

Morning all! Exercise: JM 30 Day Shred Level 2 (25mins) Anyway I was busy 'Shredding' this morning and felt really sick halfway through. I went all lightheaded and nauseated for a few mins,even though the room was well ventilated, Had to open the doors to get some more air. I was determined to complete it though so paused the dvd and went back and completed. Breakfast - 1 egg made into an omelette. Coffee. (@Gen, do you still have your 'egg' fetish. I read back a few pages of this thread and see you had quite some love for them at one point, seems you've switched your affections to nuts now heehee ) agabaI23:^^ H'm I'm intrigued, how does one do a waist massage?! @Hg, this your 'enabler' make dey no enable you away from ya goal o! lol @Modath, hope your trip was successful? @Modath & HG, have you heard of Jilians latest Dvd - 'Ripped in 30'?? Just read the reviews on amazon, apparently its on 'another level of madness'. If one is a glutton for punishment then it fits the bill. Most of the reveiwers say its their favorite of JM's stuff so far. i'm tempted o, i do love a challenge ! will keep you posted if i decide to get it. |

Yeah i heard of it too and realized its new, tried downloading but its not popular with exercisers yet. I ll patiently wait for it. Dont mind the enablers o, they are all around me. I ll need to be drastic with that too |

babs2011: Get it. It's always recommended. Although I personally prefer Denise Austin'[s DVD. I dont like JM's body. But if you like her intensity Ripped is a good one. |

She's got quite a lot of diff workouts out there. I'm a BL fan so Jillian is my girl, i like her stern, no nonsense approach ways HourGlass1:^^@HG, thanks jare. Hi All Thurs 5th May 2011 exercise: 60mins moderate walk water:2L 4-6 slices of wholemeal bread , some with margerine or stew or peanut 1 copy of white coffee 100g peanuts 130g cashew nuts 350g of Pasta with few pieces of sliced of chicken 1 boiled egg broccoli @HourGlass1 LOL @ "enabler" I assume you are drinking adequate water (at least 3L daily as you training quite hard) @modath How far? I would like to see your logs occassionally @babs2011 I am still into eggs - just that none left in the house right now, I need to stock up on eggs and broccoli I had the urge to binge eat yesterday when in the kitchen and I stopped myself if 3 quick glasses of water which gave me the feeling of instant fullness |

Food Log (cont.): Lunch -Bread rolls x 2 with margarine. 1 yogurt Dinner - chicken curry with white rice. Exercise: Will be going for a walk/jog with my neighbour. I've 'recruited' one of my former 'enablers' into my camp her hubby literally ordered her to come with me when i go jogging next, who no like good ting? Lets hope she's committed. |
