Dear, just try it for 2 weeks, once daily. Eat healthy......exercise or be active.... get enough rest and be happy. Your body would regulate your size/weight naturally. The quicker we realise our bodies are not programmed the same the more comfortable we would be with our size. Some people can eat ice cream all day...and drink soda all nite...and still not gain any weight while some can eat one spoon of ice cream which their bodies would convert to two spoons of fat!. Why add on weight by force when your organs are not programmed for such?

You may be right but, if something is at stake, I could have proven it to you. I check my weight in the house and I do it daily. Unfurtunately, if you must know, I consume at least 7 bottles of beer daily and yes this is suisidal. I wish you can also calculate how much calories a bottles of beer carries. I also discovered that these beer calories burns easily than the usual cabohydrate may be due to my body metabolism. If I know how much calories a bottle beer carries, then multiply by 14 then may be and may be it is upto 35,000. My point is that I weigh 125kg but if I leave beer for just 2 days, it comes down to 120. What I dont know is if it will continue the decline silmutaneously.

Human physiology dictates that abdominal fat is a storage of excess energy. Before the body starts accumulating fat in the mid-section it must've added a percentage around other areas of the body. Follow my method, see a weight addition and cease when you see the belly grow larger than expected - fat gain there means it was successful in other places.

The only healthy fat I know of is visceral fat; the one which keeps organs warm.

Quickest way: Drink beer daily. If you can't handle alcoholic beer, drink near beer. Better if you mix Guinness stout and Fanta. Double, triple and quadruple your intake as tolerance builds.

Nairalanders and their knee-jerk reaction to advice sometimes surprise me but make me understand why the country is the way it is - no one is ready to go to action but're ever ready to sit and criticize solutions.
The advice posted here has worked for multiple of my married aunts. As a child I saw them balloon in size indulging in beer; from casual drinkers to nearly an every other day affair yet people not willing to take the advice no wan hear say e even work nor try and see.
Please, before you criticize the suggestion give me anecdotal evidence why it didn't work. Telling me you knew one man in your village who is an alcoholic would not cut it and would only elicit a response of silence.

Anyway, I know among the trolls and naysayers some people would post in the coming months how this method worked for them.

I've never seen a beggar reject N5.00 saying its too little. In the same sense I see no reason why people who come here complaining at least once a week saying they want to gain weight should reject the advice.
I've noticed something from my time here: the people who come looking to lose weight are always willing to take any advice thrown and put in effort meanwhile those who always claim they're looking to bulk up are 100% trolls and attention seekers. I've given so much advice to the latter group and always get appalled seeing them post the same _stupid topic a few months down the line.

You must have checked yur weight with a woozy eyes! You cannot lose 5kg in 2days except you exercised for like 8hours stretch like you did a marathon. You have not been checking it correctly. Even if a bottle of beer contains 300calories, what determines how fast you burn fat is your BMR-Basic metabolic rate. Which depends on size,age & physical activity.
I exercised 3-5times weekly weigh bout 95kg and mid 20's.....my BMR requires about 3300kcal to maintain my weight per day.
Now if I don't eat in a day. Theoretically, I will be short of 3300 calories for that day.
2days means 3300kcal *2 = 6600calories,
which is still not upto 1kg ooh (7000kcal =1kg). And remember the smaller you become, the lower the calories your body will need. So to spike my body to consume 10000caloies in 2days, I'll need to do heavy heavy exercise to burn xtra 4000calories between that two 2days
While starving 2days also....you see how hard it is to lose weight? 10,000calories is not even upto 2kg despite my harsh weight loss program..........Bruh trust me u checked with a woozy eyes!

Let me assume, I ve been checking with woozy eyes lol but you forgot in practical science a lot of things are considered. You have not considered the weight of the beer, the munchies which leads to heavy food consumption and others. Even Iseac Newton and the likes will prove a fomular and still insist that the equation is valid only if temp, pressure and enviromental energy remains constant. Your calories equation might be correct but other factors are not considered. However, i will repeat the experiment again this time with "clear eyes" lol, and if I should have time which I doubt, I will attach images.

Then if eventually, you excrete all this by the end of the day without any additional food...you have gained and lost 2kg within 24hrs and you see that it has proven your equation wrong. However, this is just an example, I am not certain that my imagination is correct but I think I made common sense.

If you want to add 1kg in a day, Increase your daily calories by 7000.
If a bottle of beer contains 300calories, this means to gain 1kg from beer drinking in a day means Drinking bout 23 bottles of beer
= (300 * 23 = 6900calories)
So drinking a mere 4bottles is a far cry to 1kg gain....You need my tutoriaal on this subject,lol.

Well, you are still been theorytical, I still insist you add weight immidiately after meal. An empty stomach and a filled one cant have the same weight. Nothing much sha...seeing is believing, when I have time...I will snap and show you but if you read my post earlier, I said I dont know if the decline will be simultaneous at every 2days. Another controversy is that I add weight when I gym...isnt this going to also prove the calorie theory wrong? I have put more than 7kg before just by lifting heavy weight. Lets not digress, I will find time and prove to you that I can add and lose 5kg, just by leaving beer for 2days, this is a fact.

You and I know that all these things don't always work - I know people (who are HIV negative) who eat 7+ times a day but have nothing to show for it - they are thin. Yes I know insulin is for diabetic patients... but what they don't all you is that it's the overdose of insulin that causes the side effects such as seizures (and the likes). So a non-diabetic person can take 25 U.I which is half of, half of the minimum dose; this seems very safe to me
