chidanzy: Help I installed pes13 on my pc it won't open it says d3dx9_30 missing. What do I do ?

1. Download the file from this link http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?d3dx9_30 .

2. Extract the file.

3. Copy the extracted file inside the extracted folder.

4. Paste it into 'system32' folder. To do that click 'Computer' and click 'local disk C:'. Next click on 'Windows' folder and click 'system32' folder and paste the extracted file inside.

My system HP 635 does'nt come on when I press the power button...buh it powers on cos d drive rotates nd d led glows buh nufn is displayed on d screen...it jus remains black.......I dunno if it's d BIOS, RAM or d motherboard.....pls help

Take your computer along with you to where they sell RAM and upgrade it to at least one gigabyte. That is, you have to buy another RAM of at least 1 gigabyte.

Very simple if ur sure the os archietecture is d same ie windows 7 basic(32bit) to win 7ultimate(32bit)..then there willl be no need to upgrade by reloading..just open control panel and click on upgrade anywhere..it wld request genuine win7ultimate key..type it in and it will unlock all the other features required for win7 ult...

please help me. my acer mini shut itself down due to flat battery, but when I recharged it and try to log in didn't accept my user pw again with this message "user profile cannot be loaded"

Trendy247: pls help, i bot a used laptop (hp dv6t 6b00 core i7 8gb ram windows8 64bit) from ebay. It has a dual video card(intels hd 3000 n amd radeon 6700m) but d problem is dat
1) it is only making use of intels hd 3000. Wen i check video adapter in device manager, the amd radeon shows 'device is not working properly' but wen i disable it n enable it again it shows 'device is working properly' but d system is still using intels hd 3000.
2) wen i want to make use of webcam, it shows 'no camera connected' n i can't locate webcam in device manager
3) my fingerprint censor though is showing in device manager is not working... It shows 'no fingerprint reader connected to d comper'
4) my microphone is not working but it is showing in device manager.
5) bluetooth is not working n i can't find it also in device manager.
i discovered that d seller used c cleaner to wipe the system, could it be the cause, or is it the windows 8 operating system dat is causing d problem... Pls i need ur help
The. Seller obviously reformatted the system but dint install all those drivers(that's why they int workin)its quite professional running drivers atimes because u may not be aable to determine which drivers to download or which to install first..send the model of the laptop long with the os version(is it win 8 or win 8 pro).call me on08061679732

The error means that ur profile hs been deleted from the SID.the procedure to fix this is very technical and can only be done with administrative priveledges to restore the backup of ur profile and rename it in regedit..but I fear u might make a mistake

Plz can anyone help me out. My Dell PC refused to startup although when I switch on it makes a noise and flash light showing it is on light. Plz can anyone tell me what to do about it.

Secondly, my Acer switches on but does not show anything in the monitor. It keeps huming and the light s on, but it doesn't display.
Plz I need solution to these issues.

have you tried loading windows in safe mode? I.e pressing f8 when the system is starting up and selecting safe mode.. When you are in safe mode you might want to do a system restore to a previous date thats if this ain't the default admin profile.

If that doesn't work you will have to do some tweaking of the registry just like sam suggested.. Whats your computer level and can you follow simple instructions diligently?

is the flashing led lights continous? And the sounds ... How many beeps..? Also when responding please do give the full models.

first,i suspect your backup has been triggered ON..you are geyying cummulative backups on ur hard drive and that is what is taking up all the space(i have treated this case many times,u really need to be smart to see it else u will be wondering for hrs what the problem is)nad while that backup is running,ur system becomes incredibly slow..
click on START,find the folder MAINTENANCE..open it and click on BACKUP AND RESTORE
when its open..press the PRNTSCR key on ur keyboard(to capture the screen)
open paint and press CTRL+V to paste it
save it and upload it here on nairaland so i can have a detailed view of which drive is getting used up if activated..
as for the malware notification ,u will need a proper antivirus..but one step at a time.formatting a system all the time weakens the life-span of the hard drive..no need yet to format it

In Windows 8 your 'System restore' is not so easy to locate. To do that follow these steps below:

1. Press the Windows key and move to the metro screen. That is, the key with the Windows logo.

2. Right-click on your computer account name at the extreme top corner of the screen.

3. Select and click 'Change account picture'.

4. At the 'PC settings' click 'General'. Scroll down to 'Advanced start-up'.

5. Click 'Restart now'. Wait for the computer to process some information.

6. At 'Advanced Options' click 'System restore'.

I bought a london-used 'ASUS' laptop from my friend who's in lagos. The configuration is 4GB, 500GB. My guy has formated the PC and loaded the necessary softwares i would need according to him. Now, after warebilling it to me, the PC has refused to Boot. Each time i switch it on, it makes some cracking noice after which it will display " REBOOT AND SELECT PROPER BOOT DEVICE OR INSERT BOOT MEDIA IN SELECTED BOOT DEVICE AND PRESS A KEY" if i press any key, the above information will be duplicated. Please i need help.

Check if the hard disk is still intact. Might have dislocated enroute.

Its not system restore I wnt him to find out..its backup and restore..I can't remember reading he ws using win8..in win 8,its FILE HISTORY not backup and restore..just go to CONTROL PANEL,look for FILE HISTORY..check if the file history is on and mke a snapshot of it
