Is there any state sponsoring the occupation? A state must be sponsoring it to apply for it.

Customer service manager is on the restricted list of South Australia, which is the only state sponsoring it. What it means is that you need 85 points to apply.

But you said you have been working with your diploma in computer science, is it in any ICT related position?

Please I am trying to gather the documents required for assessment with Engineers Australia. I came across this in the booklet under documents for relevant skilled employment assessment "Documents issued by the related government agency or any other organization not related to your employer, such as tax report, .....".

The thing is, for the first company I worked for, I don't have any of the documents listed. No tax report, no pension/retirements contribution. What can I do please? Thanx

If you've 65 points already, I advise you "bone" claiming more points with skills assessment as this may make your visa processing time longer than should be. This is because DIBC may require further information, documents and verifications; a call may need to be put through to your previous employers.

You've very good degrees "MSc and BSc in CHEMICAL ENGINEERING" which is in both the SOL and CSOL unlike most prospective applicants who were banking on the "now removed" Petroleum and Mining Occupations.

Am already based in australia as a student, I came home to naija for 2wks and decided to write d exam so I can do assessment for northern territory n tasmania. I registered for d exam in oZ. U can google UKEAS ikeja, that was my centre, their fee is 36k

I would say, expend at least 1hr on practising d questions for 1month everyday. That is my recipe for success

I don't really understand what you are on about. You need to read the information in the first thread properly to understand what this process is about and what you need to do.

You can't meet 85points because you have not lived in Australia before worked, that is possible area to gather more points.

Study the list again, check if you can see any other occupation that is closely related to yours.
