Kamal474:If you have the details of your application, you can call on your own. Why did you use an agent? @happy4lucy, You don't need any evaluation or assessment. As long as you can convince an employer that you have the skills they need, you are good to go. 1 Like |

@ oga bellong, I think manucho can still nominate Agric tech. for Tasmania, since they recently relax their nomination criteria, for 489 though, if he wont mind. Please, follow the attached link and check "Category 3A -Oversea Applicant" https://www.migration.tas.gov.au/skilled_migrants/skilled_regional |

bolanle053: Thanks for this. I didn't know it has been updated. This is one of the reasons I encourage people to ask question here so people with current information will add theirs. @Manucho, Read that link and check category 3A. If you can meet that requirements, you are good to go. 489 is still better than student visa. 4 Likes |

Hi all, I just want to confirm something. If for example I answered yes to the question below during EOI submission ------- Family members Are there any family members the client would like to include in a future application? - Yes\\ How many - 3 ------- Then got ITA and if I decided not to include wife and 2 kids due to financial reason at the time of lodging the VISA application and not to exceed the 60 days deadline. Can I still add them at any time before the VISA is granted? Can I add the kids alone considering the fact the I am a man? Thanks. cc belong |

nikkycool: The process is not different from what has been explained. It is still the same process. If you click on the link in Bolanle's comment, you will read the state's requirements in addition to the standard procedures. Meanwhile, I am not sure how your experience matches that of a corporate service manager. |

@Azy123, That particular question is not for immediate family members. It is for other family like parents, siblings etc. There is another for immediate family members except it has been changed. Nevertheless, what you can do is to answer yes to all the questions, pay for yourself alone to meet the 60 days deadline. Upload all documents except that you don't do medicals. Once you get a CO contact, advice the CO to put your application on hold because you want to add your family to the application. Although, you can contact DIBP at anytime after submission to put your application on hold so you can add family members. It is the easiest way to buy time while looking for money for others. 1 Like 1 Share |
