I'm back again and it's Solgar Ultimate B and C complex, I got the B quantity wrong before.

For Men, these are the most important ones, on a daily basis, take:
Vary dosages according to severity of semen issues. For higher doses, take half morning and half evening. Remember it takes 3 months to make semen

Zinc: 15mg -50mg
Higher sperm count. If you take higher levels of zinc for more than a few weeks, add 1-3mg copper to prevent copper deficiency

Vitamin C: 200mg - 1000mg
Less clumping of sperm. Higher quantity (up to 140%) and better quality sperm

Vitamin E: 400 IUIs -800 IUIs.
Improves semen quality and motility by up to 2.5 times

Vitamin D: Between 600 IUI - 1000 IUI
Vitamin D3 is best form of the vitamin. Ensure that you also have taken Vitamin A and K (or have sufficient of these) to balance the Vitamin D. Improves sperm mobility and morphology. Not more than 4000 IUIs per day should be taken. Problems arise when you have too much vitamin D and too little vitamins A and K

Vitamin B Complex: 1 per day - around the RDA for each component.

Vitamin B12: 10-1000mcg
Helps balance testosterone & LH/FSH secretions. Higher quantity (one study up from 20 to 100 million/ml on 1000mcg dose)

L'Arginine: 1000mg per day
A natural Viagra - improves erectile function, Increases quantity of sperm (by up to 250%). Improves sperm motility & health. Avoid if you have herpes as can promote an outbreak

Co Q10/ Co Enzyme Q10: 30mg-300mg
Improves sperm motility

Pyconogenol: 25mg-200mg
Improves sperm morphology by up to 40%

Selenium: 70mcg-200mcg
Can double sperm count. Improves quality of sperm. Toxic in high doses so stick to max 200mcg

L-Carnitine: 1g - 3g per day
Improves sperm count. Improves sperm motility

Vitamin A (take as part of a multivitamin) - Take RDA
Improves sperm production

Omega Oil/essential fatty acids: 1g - 7g per day (i.e. approximately 200mg - 1200mg )
Take a mix of flax seed oil and fish oil. Improves sperm count. Use body only fish oil as liver may contain mercury (i.e. not cod liver oil). Also Cod liver oil has too much vitamin A in it. Be careful not to take too much if on blood thinners.

@Iykmau congratulations on your anniversay, i was touched by your post cos there was a time i experienced that kind of situation. there was one year i spent Christmas and new year on a hospital bed(on TTC related matter).i felt so bad, i cried and cried till i got tired of crying, i thought the world had left me behind, i felt so miserable and all sorts but at end of it all ,i come out with a huge testimony, that today i look back and laugh. My dear sister, tomorrow is a day of thanksgiving for u, thank God for ur Dh, for d gift of marriage-am sure some of your mates are still believing God for a life partner, for life, for the money to even be at the hospital to look for a solution. God inhabits our praise. u might be surprised at the outcome, who knows by the next anniversay u will also rememmber this year with Laughter.

We will start it as soon as we receive DH sperm analysis result probably next week to see if there is any improvement with fertilaid and count boost he's been taking.

In the US, some clinics are practicing it. I grew up in the US before relocating to join my DH in Canada. What a price I have to pay for getting married. DH loves Canada and doesn't want to live in US, so I have no choice but to move. I'm still adjusting to this Canadian system (half US and half Britian). The good thing with Canadian System is that every child from newborn to age 5 gets $200 from the government every month whether poor or rich. Canada is more diverse and family oriented. But regardless, I still love my US system.

Bcolah: Tanx uteh and favored gal. In my own case, we are dealing with no sperm cell @ all. He has done scrotal scan and everytin was ok, no variocele, no blockage and the testicles are normal. His hormone profile showed high fsh and lh but prolactin and testoterone were fine.

Dh previous tests also showed high FSH and DNA fragmentation. He had a tumor removed from one of his testicles years ago which the doctors said was the cause of his low sperm count. I'm very grateful to God Almighty that it wasn't cancerous. He has always been faithful in taking anything that will help to improve his boys. I love you three much boo!!@DH. We are in this together, this Goliath shall come to pass, and we will come out victorious!! in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!!

Good am all. Mine is a bit confusing.
I av taken two tests. The both came back low sperm counts.

The 2nd shows increase in motility, lower viscosity, lower count (by close to 66.67%) than the ist test (1.5mil/ml as against 4.5mil/ml)

In between both test, I took tianshi zinc capsules and their vigour rousing.

Please note, I used to masturbate and 'prefered' retrograde ejaculations.

My wife is on day 8 today and I holding on to God 4 a conception by Dec 31. What can I do o? Marriage is 1yr, 16 days. Someone help.

@jahjehova, due to what u said, u still need to place urself on supplements more than Zinc and also knw dat it takes 3months for u to improve count. Change ur life style most esppecially food.
