Hello my people,
Here's my story. I was told i have PCOS, small fibriod and one blocked tubes. Dr placed me on Clomid, i started with fifty mg for the first month and 100 for second month. On the third month, i saw brown spotting and light period, but i still took the clomid for that month. Then like two weeks later, i started testing for ovulation and it keeps coming psotive for like five days. I posted it on this thread and camrygirltold me to try pregancy test, which i did and came out positive, my hubby and i were really confused and happy. I just started having this serious pain the following that i had to call 999, they took me to the hospital and the doctor said i have to to scan on Monday to make sure the baby is @ the wright place.
I went for it on Monday and they couldnt see foetus anywhere in my tummy, the doctors were worried. i was asked to go for HCG and progesterone blood test, which came of fine and high. That was how i was admitted and they started their investigation. I repeated the scan and blood test on wednesday and nothing was found in my tummy and the HCG level dropped. To cut the long story short i was given an injection to terminate the pregnancy and i was told not TTC for the next three month and all sorts of things. But i know my redeemer liveth.

But come oo, Opk detects LH while HPT detects HCG, how come d OPK leaves its work to do that of HPT?

Thanks so much everybody, I know my redeemer liveth and he changeth not.I think im getting over it emotionally, now looking for way forward.
I was told not to TTC for three months, which is like a long time, anyway, the Lord will strengthen me.I went through Zita West book Fertility and conception, i saw some herbs for hormonal imbalance which includes: Vitex Agnus Castus, Siberian Ginseng, Dong Quai, Red Clover, Black Cohosh, red raspberry leaf etc.
Im thinking of taking Vitex, i read that it really works for people with PCOS and Fibriod fast, it also part of ingredients that's in fertilaid. So, im starting vitex in like a weeks time,when my hormone level is normal. i was told not to anything aside pcm for a week. please, can i take vitex and pregnacare conception,because i was told to take follic acid after the whole treatment cos the injection is going to damage follic acid in my body.

I know its well with me, dont just want to think about it, 3 months time will be August ending, My Lord is on the throne.

@bukieluv, am in d same kind of shoes as u are. I had a miscarriage end of April and was asked to wait 2 months b4 TTC again. It felt like 4evr but I've done month now and waiting for d 2nd month to be over. Mine is end of June.It sounds so long and far but take ur mind of it and b4 u knw it, it will b over.

At least you now know what works for you (clomid) and besides thank God you didn't lose a tube in the process. It is well!

God has done it for me oh! I got my BFP last week. .. Honestly, i was so shocked , that it took me like 2 days to tell DH and then i couldn;t post here because last week was terribly hectic at work. I just kept telling myself that maybe it's a dream..... God just has a way of surprising us when we least expect it. I was already looking forward to my period (i guess that's why i wasn't expecting it), so that i could see my gynae for consultation on the medications to use for this cycle.

My dear sisters, thanks for all the encouragement and support on this thread. Am still keeping mute about it to everyone but felt it necessary to share on this thread. Am just praying to God that the next 9months is hitch free because honestly, the thoughts of the last m/c still haunts me...

I wish everyone of us truck loads of baby dust and pray each and everyone of us get our BFPs soonest. It is our time for testimonies, the devil has lost this one.

please if you want buy your fertilaid for men or women as well as fertilecm, kind go to carrot top drugs, the y are at ebute meta, Lagos. i called them today and their prices are better and far better. they told me they just imported some and waiting to clear at the port, fertilaid for men and fertilcm is available for now.

@MSTIA, AMENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN, i was crying today cos my period came, i just really know God will do something soon. i want to meet a new doc, cos i wonder this doctor will tell me nothing is wrong will an oval filling defect which my hsg result showed whereas i read online that it could mean the presence of fibroid, cysts or hair or whatver sha. i need to do that cos am cinsidering making an oder for fertilaid for treatment since its natural medication. on the other hand, my hubby is so calm about this whole stuff and me agae is not on my side.

Regarding what I did differently this month, I started taking pregnacare conception from Day1 of my cycle till I got my bfp...I also took m.etformin (2 tabs from day 1) as well but I think I got tired of its side effects by the cd13 so I abandoned it. I also tried monitoring my ovulation with u/s (Tvs) but when I did it on cd13, the gynae discouraged me that he can't see any dominant follicle,so he didn't think there was much hope for this month...I was depressed but something kept telling me that it's not possible since I was almost certain I ovulate every month.

On the 16th day, I realised I was ovulating when I got to work...I didn't bd that morning before leaving home thinking the cycle was a burst, so I just put a call to DH and closed early to meet up with him at home for some ....lol! And bd early the next morning & evening.

One thing I've realised that is that for those of us that don't have lots of EWCM, we should try to bd on days we see a lot of it & on the last day of very fertile cm(which shld be ovu.day).The only way we can know this is by monitoring our cycles closely, becos it was around feb/march I found out dat I ovulate on the 16th day...I used to think it was around the 14th day. All in all sha, Na God! No be by power....

By God's grace, the Lord will put a new song in our mouth,our it's our turn to testify! Truck loads of baby dust to all the Mothers in the house....It is well!

Shiloh be careful with that Robittusin oh! I tried using it one time too, but I found out that there are different variants of it. So if you're no careful, you could buy the one that dries up CM instead of the other way round. I think I made that mistake when I bought mine then!

If you find the one that has 100% guanifesin, fine! That is supposed to be the effective one...I'll check if I still have the one I bought before & post the picture here...

@all who wants to try fertilaid pls if you have regular period dnt take the recommended 3 times daily you could reduce it to twice, because on their website those who have regular periods complain of it delaying their periods,buh everybody's body is not the same though...

Hey ladies, I have my HSG dis Friday and am freaking out so much. My Dr says i shuld start taking pain reliever 2 days before but am still very scared. I really don't do well with pain.
Please for those of you who have had dis procedure done, is it really as painful as I've heard. I even asked my Dr how much pain I shuld expect and he didn't gve me a straight answer, he jst sed not to worry dat i'l b fine....smh! The truth is dat I really dnt think I need dis procedure done, I've gotten pregnant twice in 5mnths so am pretty sure my tubes are clear but my Dr says he's checking for other possible causes of my miscarriage and not jst looking at the tubes.
Anyway God dey, it can't be more painful than having a miscarriage.
