Justwise please can u shed more light on this? I intend using my tution as my maintainance fee and after the 28days i'll print the statement, pay my fees and apply to the embassy within 2weeks or at most 3weeks. Please justwise and others shud advise please.

If you use ur school fees as ur maintenance, how will you show ur actual maintenance fees then? Again what happens if the BHC calls ur bank to verify ur account?

thanks for the prompt response. d embassy requires d maintanance fee to be kept for 28days n it must not end more than one month prior to the day u apply, I dnt think they care if the money is withdrawn afterwards hence my reason to use my tution as maintanance fee, print d statement after d 28days, pay my fees,get my CAS n then apply before the one month expires. Do you think the embassy wud ask the bank if the money is still in my acct as at the time of my application? I'm jst asking to be on the safer side. thanks as i anticipate your reply.

thats where the risk is,

they dont usually call cos the statement wud ve been dated and signed by the bank, but they might, if they ve any reason to doubt the authencity of ur statement, remember verification checks is also part of thier job,

but mostly they dont call, from my little observation
ve since so many people withdraw after submission, and got thier visa, but remember its is a risk!

Best thing is to leave the money in ur account untouched till u get ur visa, SAFEST WAY

Like i said b4, its very very risky, BHC do call banks for some reasons. That said, how will you survive in the UK without that £5400 or £7200?

I'm sorry if i'm pushing it too hard but don't you think if they want it to be there during the application period they won't specify that the closing balance shouldn't end more than one month before one's application.?

My maintanace fee would be available on a later date and I can't wait till then so I dnt get trapped in the imminent immigration change. it would definitely be available to me before I depart cos I understand the UK is not easy at all for now,

I never heard of anybody getting Police report for that. Though u can do that, it wouldn't do ur application any harm.

I never use any of those centers, so i wouldn't know which is better.

. . .for supporting documents. .u can only submit one each, only if 2 is specifically mentioned

@girl-inc. I think ikeja is very organized. In actual fact the only photocopy they take from u is ur passport data page. The rest is for ur records

thats the way it is supposed to be, The reason it took that loong in august was because of the sept /oct rush, all sch in uk resume during that time,
a very few have jan/ feb admision, so tier 4 visa application wil be reduced and processing time faster,
considering d fact that, the point based applicatn is pretty straight forwarded,

For those of you who want to know more about the program I am running the first one will pretty much be a pilot since I have no prior relationship with you.

It will involve finding out your life goals, your constraints and your fears. Then we will start looking at your CV and how to get you from A to B.

Then we start actioning this and it will consist of revamping your CVs, applying for some online applications i.e. Shell, PWC, JPMorgan, Network Rail, NHS etc.

We will also get you ready for interviews, assessment centres and psychometric tests.

This is obviously likely to take more than a day so we will play it by ear, but the reason I asked for emails in the first place was to find out the number of people interested so I will know the meeting room size needed and how many resources needed. I have set it at a weekday, to allow those who work on weekends the freedom to come to this session but if you are interested but the date does not suit you, please email me with a proposed new date. On Friday I will send details of the time and location.
