Cost of starting a business of course is an issue - but not as much as ease of doing business - and Kenya right now should have overtaken Morroco - to become 3rd best place to do business in Africa - after Mauritus and Rwanda. The World Bank Ease of Doing Business cover many indicators...and for kenya to be just behind the developed Mauritus and the reformist Rwanda shows you the serious our gov takes it's role.
