RISK FACTORS FOR STROKE
1. Age the chance of having a stroke approximately double for each decade of life after age 55. While stroke is common among the elderly, a lot of people under 65 also have stroke.
2. Hereditary (family history) your stroke risk is greater if a parents, grandpa, sister or brother has had a stroke. Some stroke maybe symptoms of genetic disorders like CADASIL most individual with CADSIL have a family history of the disorder, each child of CADSIL parents has a 50% chance of inheriting the disease.
3. Sex( gender) stroke is more common in men than in women. In most age group more men than women will have a stroke in given year. However more than half of total stroke death occur in women at all ages, more women than men die of stroke. Use of birth control pills and pregnancy pose special stroke risk for women.
Stroke risk factors can be changed, treated or controlled.
1. High blood pressure is the leading cause if stroke and the most important controllable risk factor for stroke. Many people believe the effective treatment of high blood pressure is a key reason for the accelerated decline in the death rates for stroke.
2. Cigarette smoking in recent years studies have shown cigarette smoking to be an important risk factor for stroke. The nicotine and carbon monoxide in cigarette smoke damage the cardiovascular system in many ways.
3. Diabetes mellitus is an independent factor for stroke. Many people with diabetes also have high blood pressure, high blood pressure cholesterol and are overweight. This increases their risk even more. While diabetes is treatable the presence of diabetes still increases your risk of stroke.
Stroke Prevention- the good news is that 80% of all strokes are preventable. It starts with managing key factors, including high blood pressure, cigarette smoking more than half of all strokes are caused by uncontrolled hypertension or high blood pressure. Medical treatment maybe used to control high blood pressure or manage atrial fibrillation among high-risk patients. Those medicine include. ANTICOAGULANTS/ ANTIPLATELETE
Poor Diet- high saturated fat, trans fat and cholesterol can raise blood cholesterol level. Diet high in sodium (salt) can contribute to increased blood pressure.
Diets with excess calories can contribute to obesity. A diet containing five or more serving of fruits and vegetables per day may reduce the risk of stroke.

Most of the natural supplements are designed to help increase the blood flow to the brain regions that were damaged during the cerebral mishap. That means they can protect the brain cells from the further harms, usual natural herbs which is made use of in ischaemic stroke, is danshen, which can help to stimulate and boost the circulation in the recovery process of stroke, such could assist. Nevertheless most researches about this herb are inconclusive. There is another kind of herb which is utilized, the Siberian ginseng this natural herb is used with the aim to shield the brain cells, and it is used some in improving the blood vessels in not just the brain but the whole body
I recommende Aloe Power, Buchu Power, defender capsules. Cal c mag. Stress active , herbal healing ointment for massaging affected parts and Omega Plus . These swissgarde products improve blood circulation and prevents blood clotting and thus have helped many stroke patients. For more info chat me up in whatsapp 08086969372
