What is his role with respect to your work. I think you should consider minding your business. From what you said. Your employer and top officials seems to understand the guys move more than you. Do your own part and dont try to play know it all.

Bringing to light the continued detention of Kemi Olunloyo. Some people think that this is a case for Kemi. It is actually a case for all the bloggers out there, for journalists and for free speech. We will continue to suffer in the hands of the wealthy and our children will not escape it as well. These wealthy men act like children when they travel to the western world, but they lord it over us here in the country. I am feeling sorry for some delusional Nigerians who feel because they dislike Kemi, she should suffer and die. It took decades for us to see what Fela saw back in the days. His mother was killed and he was despised by the government till they eventually destroyed him. Decades after, we are no longer singing his lyrics, but we are feeling it deep in our bones. Fela's kids have dropped the torchlight and accepted the system for what it is.
Kemi could have a better and easier life, but she chose a path for herself. In the civilized countries, she would have been celebrated and supported, but because of our evil hearts, we want to destroy and kill anyone who exposes people we admire.
Kemi has lived, and at this point, the lady got little to lose. They call her psycho today, but when you shut your mouth and support the system, the tale of a psycho might be yours. The system is what you and I should stand up against and not Kemi.
Regardless of her crimes, we all are protected under the constitution. If they succeed in taking her down, then you and I are nothing. Tomorrow those who feel she should be locked up will post their own stories and we will comment on them.

You are such a hypocrite, and I too know is worrying you because I really do not know what is your business with your colleague i can really see you are one that is jobless and you are trying to make sure they sack your colleague or you want his downfall because he is smarter than you. I also think you are someone that like to outshine others by taking their glory. Please mind your business and stop coming to nairaland pretending to need advice at least you have done your worse by reporting to all the bosses in your company.#ITOOKNOW #HYPOCRITE

Its obvious you are not the head of the unit from what you wrote.

If u reported him to ur boss, Hr and others, and they seem not to react, it shows they are yet to see lapses in his work. If you've been doing his job to cover up, i suggest u stop to make him sit tight. But, if u've not been covering up for him and ur boss and no one else is complaining except you, i suggest u mind your business. Oga, allow the head of the department and management worry about this, not you.

Maybe he has no 'sit' to sit on. Try getting him a 'seat', you may just see a difference.

I love my job, my Boss and my colleagues. As an Accountant, our job requires that we sit long hours on our computers updating the Companies expenditure and asset database. however, there is a challenge.

My department colleague is hardly on sit during working hours. he loves to leave to chat, socialize and even do personal runs during work. I have tried to help him severally by discussing (one-on-one) as par 'man to man', but no effect. He is simple and very intelligent but not focused because he is to playful. This has affected our department's output severally, as personally I discussed this matter with the HR, my own Boss and other familiar Bosses, but all seem not to be too concerned. They just sympathize. I love my work, we are well paid and really doing well as a company.

Please kindly advice me on what to do

That "sit" should be "seat"

Please this Kemi issue, why is she truly being detained? I don't want to believe it's because she wrote untrue tales about anyone.
Abi libel is now a police matter? Please lawyers in the house, educate us ooooo......

Impunity by a pastor. That is an infringement on the constitutional right of a citizen of this country. She paid the bail sum of 200,000 Naira and yet remanded again. She never committed any federal case. She was transferred from Ibadan to Rivers state as if she was a prisoner. The fake pastor should have sued her in the law court and only when she fails to show up that you can lock her up or transfer her like that. Nigeria belongs to all not the wealthy alone

Bros, dnt bother urself abt him. He knows y he was employed. Except if his father is d owner of d company. I think he is d one dat applied for d job n attended d interview. He can still remember d questions he was asked n his response to d questions. Jst tell ur boss to share d work schedule for everyone. Jst do urs. At d end of d day or week or month, every1 wud submit his or her report. If he likes his salary, he wud do wat d company requires him to do.
