Thanks to you useless senators and house of rep members that have thwarted his plans for the power sector and other projects by slashing the 2017 budget for his ministries and that's after before appearing before the senate committee to defend the figures in the budget and yet they still slashed it. Last I heard the DISCOS and GENCOS owe a lot of money that was used to acquire these companies when they were bought all in the name of privatization and now they have to pay up. Don't be surprised if the 2nd Niger bridge never sees the light of day or the Lagos-Ibadan express way never gets completed hold your useless and selfish senators and house of rep members who only think about their own pockets instead of the good of this country.

When Fashola was the governor of Lagos state, he was able to set his vision in motion, call his own shot, secure funding from his own lawmakers from his own state with the same collective vision and goals to build the Lekki Ikoyi bridge which today is the best bridge in Nigeria, but same is not the case today regarding the 2nd NB because support, approval and funds must be secured from too many people from different states with different interests based on ethnicity, corruption and incompetence so the faith of that bridge remains in limbo.

The worthless lawmakers are I'm fact showing us why things haven't been working in Nigeria and why it's never going to work.

Yes, Fashola was able to achieve so much in Lagos State because he had vision and his own people and lawmakers backed his vision, but even the most competent person with the best vision can not achieve much at the national level because now you need funds from people who doesn't share your vision , people with their own interests, bigots and tribal elements with different agendas.


The 2nd NB is yet to see the light of the day because of the same game by the same players to block it forever, sadly, Fashola is the latest excuse to block it and deny funds as usual.


The biggest losers here are funny enough the same SE folks supporting the lawmakers.
