We have God perfect will and also God permissive will.
As much as it's within your power,have just one partner throughout your life, trusting God for help.

-God's perfect will is for a man and a woman to live together for the rest of their life.but there are situations that the best option is divorce.
For us to know the condition for divorce we should know the condition for marriage.
Scriptural requirements for marriage
1. There must be mutual love and consent.

2.according to scripture there must be a payment of dowry in the presence of the parent/people who constitute authority over her life.(dowry is a token that when accepted by the bride family is an agreement for the union).

3.There must be priestly and prophetic blessings.

Condition for divorce
1. Consistent, unrepentant and willful adultery and unfaithfulness.

2. Any consistent action leading to physical abuse and torture( beating your wife/husband, using harmful weapon e.g gun,axe,knife,Cutlass,wood,iron rod) that can lead to death.

3. Any re-current activity capable of affecting the eternal destiny of that person.

For any and all of this conditions,a divorce only become acceptable after spiritual and social effort have failed.and also the life ,well being and destiny of the children must be put into consideration.


Re-marriage.
Yes re-marriage is a possibility in the Bible and can have the blessings of God on it.
Conditions for re-marriage

1. When a divorce has occurred legally.

2. Re-marriage can be allowed when the divorced has gone through proper spiritual and physiological counselling.

3. Re-marriage can occur if and when the couples have discuss the destiny of the children.
