You can only get d 2 new transponders on ur size of dish. 10992v 27500 (aljazeera) and 11156v 20000 (arryadia). 2 get d others, go get urself a 2.4m dish.

All effort to troubleshooting did not work and it only turns green at night. Again, what is the best current LNB for Nilesat now, I use the old type of Supermax, but someone mentioned HD 2 premium LNB.

The properties of the tp has been recently updated. Check http://en.kingofsat.net/tp.php?tp=425 to see if any new update of the tp is in conflict with your STB as far as compliance is concerned.

Pls. I just discovered that some station on my nile sat has stop show. I notice that aljazeera, euronew,cctv and a lot of others are not showing again while others like the MBC's , zee aflam etc are still on.
Pls I don't know what the problem might be but I noticed that all stations on this (12015(V)) are not showing again. Pls what should I do.

Sorry there is no new frequency to enter. The channels have moved to a Nilesat 201 which is in the same position but seems to have a smaller footprint so those of us on the fringes can't pick them any more. The only solution is a bigger dish But you can still get Aljazeera easily NWA beam 10992 V

Except maybe you are in the far north, but I don't know what size of dish is needed for Nilesat 201.
So it would be good to hear from anyone that can still see the channels that moved to 201, with location and size of dish.

Hey guys after almost two years I have finally tracked Nilesat in Addis Ababa with a 1.8 M dish. I am using a strong SRT LNB and a Eurobox 9700+ FTA receiver. I am getting good signal quality. It seems I am picking up Almost all of the Eutelsat 7.3W frequencies and the free Nilesat 201 and Nilesat 101 transponders.

However, I am not getting any of the Nilesat 102 transponders. Currently my signal quality for the transponders ranges from 45 - 70+ with most in the 60s.
I also have about 12 other unaccounted TP and I am receiving CNN clearly. I want to get the Nile 102 transponders such as 11938, 11919 because I want to watch MBC and abu dhabi sports, dubai sports, basically the stuff that's on arabsat, which I was using.

Nilesat is advantageous for me since the Arabsat positioning of the dish results in water accumulating on it and required me to dump the water on a daily basis which was easy when the dish was on the ground. I now have the dish on the roof and it is the rainy season here so daily trips to the roof are no can do. But with nilesat the edge of dish is almost perpendicular so no accumulation of water or even loss of signal while raining.

Any ideas how I can get the nile 102 transponders? I currently have over 400 channels.

Pls i need someone to install nilesat for me in ile ife osunstate how much will this cost me and will be able to get channels like mbcs cnn aljazeerah,cnn etc pls i need someone who will give me 100% guarantee i have been duped by an installer who guaranteed me that he will install it for me but he couldnt nail it and i dont want to give up yet

From you location in Addis Ababa, you should be able to get Nilesat 102.
From Satbeams, Nilesat 102 footprint covers your region with minimal required disk size of about 90cm offset...


Have you tried using a prime focus ku lnb like Fuji on your prime focus dish?

Try a 90 cm offset dish and give us your feeb back.
In Kenya i am getting about 850+ channels from both Nilesat 201 and Eutelsat 7 west (Atlantic bird 7) using a 1.5 meter offset dish plus Eurostar Gold quad lnb.
I can also get Nilesat 101 and 102, using a 2.4 meter offset dish.
Currntly my 2.4 offset dish is pointed on both Badr 5 and Badr 6 for FX channel, Luxe HD plus more.

if you have 400k, i could get you a 3.5 - 4m metal dish, and 250k for fiber. You can set up a small cable biz with it, since there is no cable Tv in Osun

The good aspect of the dish is it have segments and can be dismantled for easy transportation.
The prices are
3.0m-40k 3.5m-50k and 4.0m-90k
I dont no why 4m is 90k. It is made of galvanised sheet and is not too heavy.

Yeah I am using this strong prime focus lnbf SRT L708 strong lnb it's about 2 years old. I am confused because I am getting 101, 201 and eutelsat 7 from this setup. Do I have to move or adjust the dish to get nile 102? Or is it the quality of my lnb because none of the 102 transponders are active. I have an extra new lnb so should I try and see if it works with it its the [img][/img] same lnb as the one in the setup.

meercussy na motor you wan buy with the 400k.Haba that is fucking on the highest side ke.Although its not easy to fabricate dishes but all the same 400k and 250k is too expensive.Mine construction should be cheaper,am working on a small dish now and i will like to know the total expenditure on the dish at the end of the construction.

Well i have a problem when I have been tuning to Nilesat. I work onboard a ship and we have a 2.4 mtr dish which is controlled by ships compass.
We are tuned to Nilesat and have been getting most of the frequencies. Based on which we ordered STB from ePehla. However we have not been able to get the frequencies 11804, 11881 & 12034 from Nilesat which are the working frequencies for pehla. However we are getting 10930 from the same pack.
We also have OSN box and are getting most of the channels on that.
Please help me out. Any leads.

I am using the same prime focus dish you posted above.
I am using SRT L708 LNBF that is the best available here I believe it is 0.2 db.
My other alternatives are Strong P-8+ and others that claim to be HD but they are all 0.5 db.

my quality is 62 and my signal ranges from 58-76 I am getting ABird-7 as well as Nilesat 101 and 201 channels how is it possible that 102 transponders don't work is the footprint of the 102 smaller or something?
