Recipe for okpa: Okpa beans, pepper, oil and salt

Preparation:
1. Thoroughly mix the okpa beans flour with oil
2. Add warm water to make paste
3. Add pepper, salt and other seasoner to taste
4. pack it in waterproof bags or big leaves and tie the ends
5. put the the tied okpa in boiling water and allow to cook

similar to cooking moin moin.
