Try to contribute without insulting.
You refer to the constitution. Does the constitution not state the party with the majotiy should form the house leadership?
And please, learn to be decent.
Stop misquoting the constitution.

Well, we are no longer in normal times. Let the APC lawmakers reconvene the house, get him impeached by simple majority and pass the INEC budget. The house can go back on recess and Saraki can also go to court if he's not satisfied.
I am sorry for you.. let reality meet you... just once

Buhari should resign first for failing to protect Nigerians from being slaughtered everyday by Fulani Herdsmen... He should resign for turning the police into a political tool rather than for protection of lives and properties... Where is he traveling to sef, I prior to 2015 he said medical tourism abroad is a crime against Nigeria.. Hypocrite

Saraki either resigns or get removed by any possible means. He cannot eat his cake and still have. All APC senators must take a stand now. They either stick with the party or move to join mesujamba in PDP. No more sitting on the bench.

It's only a 2/3 majority of the Senate that can remove him which APC don't have. Stop giving hope to gullible people.

You are the one missing the point. If indeed APC has the highest members, the party should produce the senate president.[/quoteWhat is stoping them from using their majority to remove him? And which part of our laws or the senate standing says it is the majority that must produce the SP. APC should just lick their wound is Silence. And if care is not taking by the time they will resume, APC will be the minority.

That is treason. The constitution is very clear on the procedure for removing SP, two-third majority. APC lacks that.

Sorry, no 242 billion for our yam eaters.

How many months to the general elections? less than 7 months

APC set the precedent when Tambuwal defected to APC and remained Speaker. APC must learn to live with it.

Saraki will finish his term as Senate President

Edo, is it not part of Yoruba? Besides, when I said Yoruba newspaper, I meant Yoruba read it more than other Nigerian owned-newspapers.

Vanguard is not a yoruba newspaper. It's major readership is in the south-south and among pdp members.
Get your facts right.

I'm sure that those APC Senators know what the Section 50 of the Nigerian Constitution says concerning the Senate Presidency. The issue is that they don't believe in Rule of Law.

The constitution allow it. he was voted to that position just like Buhari, there's nothing like majority party in choosing the senate president.

its different from majority or minority leader take note.
