2.they were taken as mostly war prisoners
3. human rights activist consider the detention as illegal
4.they were not charge to Court nor were there a court order declaring their detention as illegal .
5. no court ordered for their release, so I don't know where you got your America breaking court order from.
6. dasuki and the shite leader were granted bail by competent court of law.
