Driggs: Please flee. Run for your life. Meanwhile post her details here. I'm sure there are guys who won't mind taking her off your hands and making her the queen of their world. You surely do not deserve that lady. I hope she realizes this before it's too late. 9 Likes |

You are a big fool to think this way. If you are not ready to marry her why tie her down. For her to get close to your mum makes her wiser than you. Nonsense 3 Likes |

Godsgal:Some guys love to be well achieved before they settle down. Some wish to own their own house(s), at least 2 solid cars, a well established business or company; not all guys love to marry working for someone whether big company or small company. Some wish to achieve a lot, while some achieve it, some don't, but that's the wish of majority of Igbo guys especially, and I suspect the op is an Igbo guy, check well, u can take it to bank 5 Likes |

See me here wishing I can have enough just to fulfill marriage rites and foot bills a wedding and here is someone who is probably doing okay but wants to wait till he and Dangôte start walking on the beach holding hands drinking champagne and calling figures in trillions which may never happen. the only reason you want to break up is because she sent stuff to your mother? I don't have any advice for you. just do what is on your mind now and in a few years time, you will know if you made the right choice 3 Likes |

Bro, first if you will read this with all sincerity, then imma speak!! She has done absolutely nothing wrong!! She is just doing the normal thing you would do if you were in love!! Now, most ladies won't even do what she is doing, just this morning, on this same nairaland, I read where a girl wants to break up because her guy got his own mother a car and got her a phone. If you will be in a relationship, it should be geared towards marriage, at least that's the original idea. You won't blame her for what she is doing, sit her down and ask her for the real reason behind her actions. If you will break up with her, even if she builds a house for your mother, you will still break up! Just chill! From all indications, she is a responsible girl trying to get in your good books, ain't nothing wrong with that. If you have a sister and she is with someone for 2 years, you would hope they end up together. You will date other girls and they will outrightly disrespect your mother. If you want to break up with her, please kindly hand her over to me. Even if we are not committed now, she is the kind of person we will like to end up with when we do! Cheers 2 Likes 1 Share |

1, Why dates her for two years without intentions of marriage? That's wickedness 2,Such a desperate lady could aboundon and dump your mother, afyer she has succeeded in marrying you. Because her intentions were not from a good hearts, if not she could have requested for your permission to do that. 1 Like |

The only reason I find it difficult to be harsh on you is because you told her your terms and conditions that you are not ready for any commitment and she foolishly decided to remain with you. But you may end up regretting when you lose her and get married to her opposite in nature. Men are so confused. 5 Likes 1 Share |

This OP is one of the most unserious man I have ever heard of in my lifetime. A girl, supposedly your girlfriend, reached out to your mum in her own way of reducing pressure from your parents when it comes to asking and you are here complaining that she's trying to tie you down with marriage. All I see is a girl who is husband worthy and a guy, such as the OP, who misinterpretes every single good opportunity that comes his way. Guys will always be the one who want to settle down with a young blood yet, they waste the time of some other young compassionate blood. Honestly, this OP is really ungrateful. My advice to you is, you owe that lady an apology. Consequently, you can tell her about how her little extension was a thorn in your flesh. 4 Likes 2 Shares |
