You are a carpenter . In law you must first and foremost obey court order before anything . If another court vacated the order....then the new order will be obeyed.

With the Appeal judgement is suspended and he is still in the office pending the determination by the Appeal court.
the appeal court will have to decide whether to set aside his suspension. he is still under suspension now

He should’ve challenged the suspension at ward level ab initio in court then to avoid all these wahala now. I don’t know by most Nigerian politicians lacks the wisdom to handle political problems especially when it comes to legality and illegality.

He is not appealing the suspension because he never challenged the suspension in court. The High court that suspended him today was because the suspension is still active. Let’s wait and see what the appeal court will say.
