Which judgement are you talking of, obviously you have no idea how legal systems operate but just talking for talking sake.. He is out and remains so pending determination of the case at the federal high court. His appeal doesn't invalidate the high court interlocutory injunction. Mind you, an interlocutory injunction isn't a judgement but a court order just like a bench warrant though in different capacities and such orders are to be obey first before any other considerations. The appeal is just to only negate the order which he must comply to first.

You are ignorant of the intrigue of Nigerian politics. If Buhari is not in support of Oshimole removal, the IGP will not quickly send police to APC secretariat to enforce the first judgement
