People age differently due to a complex combination genetic and squired factors.

How did he end up looking so sick and old?
In this picture, he actually looks younger than Onyema Ugochukwu only to now look like his father before he died.

Na wao.

Late Chief of staff to President Muhammadu Buhari mallam Abba Kyari and minister of foreign affairs Mr Geoffrey Onyeama in the 70s

That is the power of friendship. Some people defend the bond of friendship with their lives while others only exploit the bond of friendship for material benefits , they will tell you, na wetin I dey find, I dey find, which means, it is not a true friendship, it is just for material benefits.

Both Godfrey Onyeama and Abba Kyari went to great Schools in the UK and worked in reputable organizations in Nigeria and abroad.

They both merited the positions they occupied.

There are always better people anywhere.

In the UK, there are more intelligent and hard-working people than Queen Elizabeth and Boris Johnson.

Donald Trump isn't the most intelligent, hard working or patriotic person in the US.

Those 1001 Nigerians that you know that are better than Onyeama and Kyari should join politics and let Nigerians see their Sterling leadership qualities.

They weren’t in position of authority then

They worked hard for it

Stop the normal Naija mentality of who you know thing
Don't mind them
When Donald Trump gave his son in-law appointment and almost appointed his daughter as USA ambassador to the UN and also appointed several top members of the Republican party into top government positions, those people blaming Buhari praised Donald Trump for doing thesame tin

This is the personalisation of goverment we are talking about and which we suffer for, for example via the failure to lockdown borders against this pandemic at the right time which will guarantee the almost complete destruction of the economy of Nigeria.

When you run your goverment, your institutions on the basis of personal interests alone you simply cannot instill the discipline and take the hard decisions to make progress.

Unfortunately folks like you who have no stake whatsoever in this sad causative but receive more than enough dividend in its disastrous outcome simply cannot put one and one together to liberate your mind from slavery.

Except God intervenes the future is bleak. In the past 2 - 3 decades, before the introduction of private varsities, the poor and the rich attended same universities in Nigeria and it was an opportunity to bond and make friends with children of the rich thereby connecting with the movers and shakers, policy makers, etc.

However, nowadays, the system has created cults for the rich in our classy private universities. Even the faith-based universities accept children of the opposing faith into their institutions in as much as they can pay. Forget the fact that they may use the churches and mosques to splash mud-waters on Sundays or Fridays, they are just their to protect their own interest.

If their is an opportunity up there, it's only your former colleagues in the schools and universities that would sort your case out with his parents be it politicians, MD/CEO, heads of boards and companies, etc.

But now that the colleagues of the poor are themselves the children of the poor, the networks of the poor, downtrodden, helpless is becoming wider and the future is getting hopeless as education does not count again.

Please remember your former friends, classmates and see what you can do to pull at least one person up out of the dragnets of misery.

God save Nigeria.

Stop lying. She made that statement based on the fact that oil price was high but the govt was not saving enough for the rainy day. She told Nigerians that if the rainy days come, we should be ready to drink garri since the govt has refused to save enough.

Compare her achievements while in the govt and compare it with the clown now who oversees our economy. Also look at positions she has attained b4 and after she left govt. Recently the SA govt employed her into their economic team to rejuvenate their economy.

Who pass you pass you!

Shut up there

Buhari government is a conglomeration of past present friends and family members

Is that how to run a government?...
Who in this administration is more experienced in the area of Economy and finance like Iweala

But tribalism and who knows who won't allow the nation progress
When this onyema was yapping rubbish about what went down in China regarding Nigerian citizens there... I knew he was handed a script by his employers..

We have never had it this bad
So Iweala should be there till eternity right? During Obasanjo tenure she was in the cabinet
During Goodluck she was also in the cabinet. Have you right off yourself that you can never attained the position they are today? Hence, wishing them to stay there forever as if it's their family business. ( Se po idile ni? )

I hardly comment here buh I must tell you something.your reasoning and thinking is very very low and from your write up there, you're filled with hatred already and also a very bitter soul.just look at what you just wrote and examine yourself, the person you quoted and Iweala and tell yourself,of whom is been eating up by hatred and I guess that your answer is as good as ________________ change your mindset and perceptions towards people and I believe that you must be from northern side or a Yoruba Muslim(sorry for using that buh have noticed that those that always attack the former government members are always from that side)have a nice day mr hatred.
