As long as she has her vid licence she shouldn't have much case. She should be able to win the case but she needs a good lawyer.

So many people have such abnormalities even abroad while undergoing contouring and liposuction. I have seen failed or life claiming cases from such operation.

Anyone who goes for it should be ready for the outcome both at the surgeons' hands and later in the future.

1. Allegedly graduated from LUTH 4 years ago


2. Started operating as a plastic surgeon within the last 3 years

3. Allegedly did not finish her mandatory one year postgraduate internship


FYI it takes 5-6 years of postgraduate training at least to become a surgeon, longer to become a plastic surgeon.

If they claim they did it abroad this is easily verifiable. All license boards abroad have records of both active and inactive licensees. Don’t play with your life. If they claim they got the certificates in Nigeria, verify it with the appropriate bodies.

In Nigeria for cosmetic surgery, after LUTH, there is a 1yr internship and 3yr residency for Surgery. That’s 4yrs after LUTH. So called Dr. Anu finished LUTH in 2015 and opened shop in 2016. She’s not qualified at all to do surgery. She does not know what she is doing. Beware and avoid this doctor.

I don't know what she has or has not. When you attend a seminar, at the end certificates are issued. It could be a one day or one month duration it does not matter as long as it covers content of the course.
Now, license is issued by a licensing board, an agency approved by government. Most licenses are easy to locate as most government agencies have a list of registered members in these of intermate on their websites
However, this is not so with certification because it does not grant approval to practice instead it evidence acquisition of knowledge.
Simply put;
You cant say you have a certificate to practice cosmetics surgery but you can say you have a license to practice cosmetics surgery.

As an artist I've admired and even drawn a thousand pictures of the female butt so I can smell a fake one from afar..and NOTHING pisses me off like a fake butt! You want to know one of the simple ways to know a fake one? If the thighs and upper leg region doesn't flow well with the butt then it's a sure sign.

Please do not demonize cosmetic surgery abeg. Do you know how many smiles it brings to people's faces? How many lives it has improved?
