Happy new year good people, I hope people will not yab me grin
However, I decided to remove my wife from my profile which makes my score 462. The ontario last minimum cut off score was 460.
Please can I go ahead to accept the invitation.
I have removed my cousin and wife from my profile due to the good advice I got from here.

Secondly, I planned not to go to Canada for now, even if I get the passport due to my master program because I plan to do phd or start job in Europe.

Thirdly, how long will it takes if in future I want to process my wife's own

Is it good to ahead now

If you don't plan to go to Canada now, why start the process
Your wife will go through the same process you went through. Write IELTS, WES and hope she meets the cut-off. The only advantage would have been that you are a PR but since you are not planning on going soon, it will be a very long thing.

You mean even when I get the Canadian passport, my wife will still pass through EE?

Hello!
I am a complete novice in this, and I want to relocate to Canada, I would be glad if I can’t be put through. I have been able to read through the thread, but I genuinely am still confused about how and where to start.

Happy New Year All. Please I need advice on the issue of proof of fund as I want to start preparing it since I have some of the funds. Which is the best way to save the proof of fund between opening a domiciary acct with my bank UBA or applying for a UBA Africard as I was told I can get statement of account for both options.

Also, what effect will the fluctuating exchange rate have on my savings. Then I read somewhere about some sort of investment to shoot up my pof. I need more clarity on this. Thank you All

1. Evaluate your highest educational degree to see it’s equivalent in Canada. Several organizations do this, and the include a WES, IQAS, CES, etc. This is called the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)

2. Write the IELTS. Target to score 8,7,7,7 in Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing respectively

3. Using the result of your ECA and IELTS, create an express entry profile and include other information like your work experience, etc. and then you will get a score.

If your score is above the cutoff score, you will be invited to apply for permanent residency.

Must not be a Citizen before he can apply for a spousal Visa for his wife. A PR holder can sponsor his or her partner for spousal Visa.

Bro, I am finding it difficult to sign up to Barter by flutterwave.
When I try to create a new account, it will say my email address is already existing and that I should login. And when I try to login it will not respond nor display anything.

Please, is there anyone here who wrote Dec 19th IELTS with BC and has been able to view his/her results? I keep getting a 'No Results Found' message on BC's IELTS site and an 'Awaiting Result' notification on Test Takers Portal. What could possibly be wrong? Thanks.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by tolajay: 9:59pm On Jan 01, 2021
I know the eagerness to see the result could be intense and shattering, but you've got to relax.

The result will be released shortly.

Some who wrote same day have seen theirs while others, just like my friend, are just as eager as you.

Perhaps, there's nothing you can do until the results are released. I presume it'll be out by tomorrow, max. Otherwise, you can reach to BC for clarification on the delay.

Best wishes!

Happy new year everyone. So I am filling the application profile and there is the part that says have I applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?

I applied for a visitors visa in 2019 for a conference while I was still in school, unfortunately, it was denied. Do I indicate Yes in this part and fill in the UCI?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by Teamo2(f): 11:29pm On Jan 01, 2021
You fill “Yes” for both questions.

1. Has ..... been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent residence visa or visitor or temporary resident visa to Canada or any other county?!...Yes/No

2. Has ..... ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?!.....Yes/No
