Your school needs to send the transcript to Wes because after it's been sent, a verification mail would be sent to your school to verify if the original documents of your transcript was sent by them.
As for your certificate, you'll scan that yourself and upload it on your Wes profile

Firstly, will this 2 weeks course be evaluated as an additional certificate?
Also, how much will I have to pay WES for this since I will be sending her certificate, transcript and the post graduate certificate?

In addition to your certificates and transcripts, you'll need to have your licensing body (MDCN) send a letter of good standing to MCCN.
Is radiography a professional course? As in, do they have a licensing body? If so, it would be evaluated as a B.sc plus Masters (which would increase your CRS score), just like nursing, medicine, and Pharmacy. For your wife, look up CAMRT (the certifying body for medical technologists and radiographers) online. The thing is, for EE, professional courses are evaluated by their licensing bodies rather than WES. I'm not sure evaluating your wife's degree with WES is the right move. However, you can easily send a mail to WES to get the right information if the 2 weeks course can be evaluated as well as the cost. You'll 100% get a reply.

You can also contact the institution she did the PG with to confirm if they can issue transcripts on all courses she took. If they can, there's no harm in adding it to her application. Even if she gets a semester as its equivalent,it's enough for 2 or more certificates.

The truth is no one knows when the FSW draw would start again. Assumptions are only being made that it could likely start again by July or even before then, but in all, it pays to be in the pool before then just incase by chance the score line gets lower than usual.

I think I've read on here where two profiles were created by a particular couple, the wife as the PA in one and the other the husband was the PA. So you could both try that while trying to set other things aright..

if AFTER logging in using your GC Key and password successfully, you see the following message: "your account has been locked, you are no longer able to recover your account online":

1. Goto MYCIC ---> Register for a new GCKey.
2. Create new user ID (GC Key), password, new security questions.
3. Once your new account is created successfully, click on "Link Application to this account" button.
4. Use your existing EE Profile # or other personal details to fetch and link your earlier EE profile/applications.

My Wes application was officially sent on 20/4/2021 and I sent my documents hoping that I would find a way to pay the Wes fee before it gets there. Unfortunately I haven't yet been able to but WES updated my status today to reviewing application (is there a deadline to pay the fee)

I am a Pharmacist trying to get my document evaluation done with PEBC. I had my transcript sent from my school but I got an email from PEBC saying the transcript sent had the wrong name. I have to request for another from my school. I applied for a letter of good standing with PCN too and this has not been received by PEBC.
Please does anyone have any contact at the University of Ibadan, Transcript office who can be of help in processing another transcript?
Also, any contact at PCN who can help hasten the letter of good standing from PCN.

ETX like @olaintel mentioned. But, find a way to confirm from the schools about their partnership, especially Uniben. I read it somewhere that Uniben can now send students transcript directly to WES.
