Problem with some Nigerians is what is called COLONIAL MENTALITY AND INFERIORITY COMPLEX! and it is even more pronounced in the few of them that were granted "Naturalization in the U.K." and now think theY are more British than the Brits themselves.
These group of "former Nigerians" are "arze-lickers" and would even expect you to say "Yes-master", if the white man beats up your mother, in your presence!
These group of people are not worth having a discussion with coz as far as l am concerned, they are "the lost generation". (l have read the comments of some of them here)
You can see there types in Benghazi, who will sell their "birth-right" to their enemy, for selfish reasons.

Now, back to the "Etuhu question".
Even though the story was not told in full, let us examine a few salient clues and ponder on some questions:

1.) The story said the guys had a squabble with Etuhu and his friend and three guys were later asked to leave the Night Club




Question: Why would the club's proprietors (who are probably white also) ask the three guys to "leave" while retaining Etuhu and friends?
*Does that not tell you that the "first and fair" judgment was that the three guys are the trouble makers?
*Did the deciding Judge take this into consideration?

2.) The three guys the went to lay ambush for Etuhu outside the Club:
Question: Has anyone heard about the law against "stalking someone"?
* Would our "over-westernized" commentators berating Etuhu, tell us what the same judge would have done, if it was Etuhu that lay ambushed for the guys and got his jaw broken or even killed? I for one has seem black dudes sentenced to jail, just for "loitering around or watching" their estranged friend and l am sure others can tell of similar experience.

3.) The three whiteys now carried out their "pre-meditated" intentions by accosting Etuhu!
Though it was not stated, the reality is that an argument broke-out and led to a fight! The problem is that "this black bloke came out tops in the fight" and thats not good for "white ego"! Its just like Ghadafi Vs. Western-backed Rebels!! You just cant win the white peeps!

Such people are called "Assailants" under the law: When you lay-in-wait for someone and then attack them, verbally or physically!

Granted, Etuhu may have used what is termed "disproportionate force" .i.e force that does not correspond with that of your assailant but it does not take away and should have been a "mitigating factor" in passing sentence, that he was defending himself! T[b]his is where the racism angle comes in.[/b]

If you reverse the personae involved and it was Etuhu's jaw that was broken, the Judge would sentence the guys to 78-hours community service in-lieu of a three months sentence. End of story.

A lot of "white judges" have now made it their uty to remind every blackman brought before them, that "they (the whites) made them what they are, and have the power to reduce them to nothing! All footballers, white or black, are nothing until they worked hard to establish themselves and become rich (Not just black folks alone or immigrant black footballers). IT IS VERY INSULTING AND RACIST.

It pains me when l observe "black people" who have lost their origins and accepted their status-quo, that they are inferior to a white person and should be treated so, just because they want the white people to accept them in U.K, Europe or U.S! Its a big shame.
Anyway, when we get it right in our own country (and we must), such people will come running back and reminding us "how Nigerian they are"!

I must say his friends in the car let him down, they must know what was at stake, did not see them in the video trying to stop him.

Is "provocation" not a recognized alibi, under the law?
Was it not apparent that the guys "laid in ambush" for him, after they were initially booted out of the Club, by the managers (having reached a position that they were the aggressor!)

Personally, i am a non violent person and i can count the number of physical confrontations i've had throughout my life on with three fingers (and that was during childhood days) but there is a limit to everything. If i was in the casino,had a misunderstanding with some people and decided to leave the venue peacefully only to come out and be confronted by those very people i am trying to avoid, i know i would have done more than break someone's jaw. Someone's skull would have a tire iron buried in it. I can bet those guys deliberated started the fracas with him knowing fully well that he was a celebrity and the media/law always has it's eyes on celebrities MOST ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BLACK! ! ! I am trying as much as i can to be unbiased but i know the same judgement would never be the same if it was a white professional soccer player involved.
