I also did the same thing when gcms came in late last month, it’s on review required and there comments too, I replied them immediately, am hoping for a positive response too like kelvin95 got On his own application

It will end in praise
On my notes, on the pre assessment note they didn’t write anything noteworthy except bank statement to be verified. And the eligibility stated recommend interview.

recommended interview is not bad at all,
In due time it will be approved by the snr VO
Be optimistic

Is it general training you did?
ritzzybaron:
Hello All, How are we doing?

So I received NSE request and I did my IELTS on the 8th of May, my result is out. I prepared for a week but God did it, and i did well.

I am to upload my IELTS result to my application but British council has refused to send the soft copy and they are not receiving visitors in their office because I wanted to go and pick up.

They are saying a dispatch will bring it to my house. I used BC because they had flexible and close test dates, please from you guy's experience does it usually take long to have your IELTS result couriered to you? the deadline for my upload is May 30th.

I will appreciate any advise i can get. Many thanks

Please how do you "respond", "appeal" or "reply" to negative review before a more senior officer reviews your application after getting GCM notes?

My Application is exactly one month old today, can I go ahead and order for it?

Raise a webform and address it. You can also send email to nairobi. I will advise one does both.

What do you mean by pre-asseesment

Usually someone assesses your application before it is moved to a VO for final decision making.

For those of us that have submitted our application with normal bank statement and IELTS result with 7.5 score
For over a month now are we still going to be getting an NSE request or our application is considered as normal process already

There are very negative feedbacks about this college on their facebook page, is it peculiar to only Indians?
so that other international students don't fall victim.

I have 2friends currently there and doing very okay.

It’s Conestoga. God bless you Anon for the quick response

God bless you too. Their tuition deposit is 1500cad. Refundable if and only if visa is denied. But still go ahead and confirm for yourself

Good day all, I've been trying to book appointment for biometrics via the online link since yesterday, I keep getting an error message when I try to login, it says
"username or password are incorrect"
and sometimes it says
"the verification words are incorrect"
I'm sure I got all the inputs correct, don't know if I'm doing something else wrong.
Is there an alternative way for booking, how did y'ull cross this stage?

You might need to use another email to re-register for the vfs biometrics Portal

Hi Everyone, For biometrics, does it delay the processing time?
Also, does one have to dress corporate to give one's biometrics?
Thanks

Lolz... The bolded is funny. Please just wear your shirt and trouser or shorts and visit the center on time . without your biometrics, your application will be dormant

Guys which service provider offers the fastest service for getting GCMS notes amongst the following?
Justforcanada
Gcmsonline
Getgcms
Anyone please?

None is fast. All takes the normal processing time of 30-35business days.

The sites you mentioned are all third party sites and very okay.
Atip is another gcms note application site but for persons who are presently in Canada. I can help you apply.

Good evening guys. Has anyone applied for visa without including birth certificate? I used my birth certificate during my last two applications but lost it. Also my hard disk crashed and I can't find my documents. my sponsor is my dad. What other ways can I show that he's my dad without birth certificate?

Hi, did your enrollment letter show you will be taking any summer classes?
Ijeanwuli:
LANDING GIST

Nigeria to Toronto Canada
Airline: Lufthansa and Air Canada

Important thing to note: Carry your fav snacks in your hand luggage, you may not like the food at all. They served vegetarian pasta on both flights

*Checkin -Nigeria*
Study permit
Flight ticket
Arrive can
3 day hotel booking
Enrollment letter (heard they won't let you checkin without it even though its not a requirement on the Canadian govt website.)

*Frankfurt*
No document asked
They just reprinted my boarding pass and that was it

*Toronto*
Letter of acceptance
Tuition payment
I was not asked anything about enrollment in Toronto. So it means its the Nigerian airport carrying it on their head for whatever reason.

My flight landed Toronto around Noon on the 14th. The airport was very quick. Went through the customs border and immigration in less than 15 minutes.

*Questions asked*
Name of school
Why I chose my school
Who is sponsoring me
They asked if I would be paying my sponsor back .. I said no and they asked why .. I said because she's my senior sister and that's how family supports each other. The officer asked me where my sponsor works and then issued my study permit.

I thankGod for a seamless process. I am also happy I used Lufthansa. The flight was not full at all and it wa very comfortable like some people had a whole 4 seats to sleep on.

I was wondering why Nigeria is particular about enrollment and I think the best way to get around that especially if you have taken semesters before is to simply email CBSA to ask if enrollment is a requirement for travel then maybe print their response and take it with you to the airport.
Spring and summer is a known holiday for students so I don't know why they are particular about it. Most students and even Canadians don't take classes this period. They go to the beach and chill. Some companies even close to observe the holiday.

Wishing everyone good luck
