Hello, did you read the article? Was there anywhere he was indicted for stealing public funds? The article was about tax avoidance and non declaration of assets which so many politician in Nigeria are guilty of, Buhari inclusive, because he too didn't declare his assets. In the case of Peter Obi, he formed those companies even before becoming governor. You can read it, it's there.

Why was Wesley Snipes Jailed? Why were Messi and Ronaldo given jail suspension? These two were not even involved directly cos their parent and guidance did it while they focused on playing football, but they faced it. Tax evasion is fraud. So, Peter is a big fraud. Also, the picture in the home page showed he is a fraud distributing money to voters.

Yes, he broke the law but didn't commit any crime.
He's only guilty of not declaring those assets even though they were jointly owned but you should also know that he stepped down as director from those companies after becoming governor.
