Itoro was the one that called Tordue wife and asked him whether her husband is back home.He did that when the ghost of Tordue was disturbing him.
When he could not sleep after 30 days he decided to come to the police station to confess.
As for the dead body,it was taken by evil spirit to the evil forest in Abuja but the prayers of Tordue pastor was what made them to release the corps.NPF produced it! Nollywood Police Film on the beat.

It simply means nobody saw his body since 13th of October he was hit by the driver up until to this time.
