Except for that. I don't know much about hailing business, just that I followed a popular thread about it on nairaland and peeps there seemed to be enjoying the business. Mine is traditional intra city cab business though and it's far better than most businesses out there

A car for uber or any other commercial activity that brings money everyday. If that's not a business, I wonder what it is then?
Houses don't appreciate, they depreciate too but at a slower rate compared to vehicles. And I repeat again, it's the land upon which it is built that appreciates.
