I thought Libya is unsafe. Also would Enyimba bear the cost of traveling again for the 1st leg? That's a huge loss in my opinion to Enyimba, CAF should reimburse them for the botched trip during the 1st leg.

Honestly I feel Enyimba share a portion of the blame because they should have known about the Tunisian regulation but I guess also shouldhavelet that be known. But I do agree about Libya not being safe. Even their national team played in Morocco or something.

What I read back then was that the match was scheduled to be played in another location and the venue was abruptly changed to Tunisia without Enyimba getting sufficient notice. Maybe my lines are crossed, I might be wrong though.
