Why do you keep making reference to things that happened to you in primary or secondary school? This happened in an institution of higher learning. If can point out where the University made rules that empowered lectures to break phone, then this would have made sense. The reality is that there's no such rule, and the lecturer has gone way beyond his boundaries.
