That house was there from the beginning. That was the first house I built in that compound, built for my workers before I decided to build the duplex there also. My block maker, a mason and my carpenter lives in 2 rooms each.

Waooo , this is a very good lesson to learn, apart from delivery on time , they also act like a security man for you too, becuase of all those planks and wood left behind, no thief fit come there for night.

Can u remember the quantity of materials( blocks, cement, planks, wood, rods,bamboo,labour etc) for foundation, german floor, block work for ground floor, decking and block work for first floor? if yes can u please educate me on the above?. ^^^^ to be honest with you, I don't remember where I kept the documents after the house was built. I think you just need to add 40% of the costs I use in building this my current duplex and it can build that house. That's what I think.

in the living room and yet that part of the house is not decked. My point, how are those windows going to be

How many BDR again is the house?
If possible to get some detailed pictures, and i know it will be useful, then, we could find a way to buy the plan from the plan holder . . .so how feasible is the pictures being displayed here and when i say detailed, i am sure you know what i mean . . . . . cool

But i feel you though . . . and like i said, i dont mind to pay for it as long as i know i will use it . . . . . Thus my asking how many rooms and stuff like that, that could be found from the detailed pictures
