@ ihebrooke, you are correct that plan is not top notch. I paid 20k for it in 2006 or so and built the house back then, and back then I am not fully as 'versed' into building as I am now. So I won't draw that type again, if you see the prepared for me by kkonsults for another building, that one is high quality.

I have heard a lot about you ihebrooke, and I will contact you when I have another plan to draw. I hope you will not charge me so high,lol.

I would need the date of the drawing, drawing type, how many times the design was modified to suit your demand(lol), the parcel identification number, the route/network, the net weight of the parcel, your telephone number, your social security number, the list goes on and on.
