Senator Adeleke has lost completely
He can ever be on the ballot for PDP
his factional chairman is not recognized by law

He should be looking to join new party cos he is a goner in Pdp, Osun state..

Was INEC agents even present at the shadow primary?

INEC was actually there but court injunction has rendered the exercise null and void.

*PARTIES DENY TAKING PDP TO COURT, DESCRIBE ADERIBIGBE EX-PARTE ORDER AS UNSOLICITED AND FRAUDULENT*

At least close to ten persons listed as Plaintiffs in a case before Justice Aderibigbe of Osun State High Court Ijebu-jesha Division have denied any knowledge about the case. In their various reactions to the series of ex-parte orders granted in their favour by Justice Aderibigbe in HIJ/6/2022, the concerned persons expressed their shock seeing their names listed in a case they never authorized or consented to, and in which unsolicited ex-parte orders of injunction were granted in their favour. In an affidavit of denial of litigation sworn to by each of them before the same court, the persons namely: Ayanlade Ayandokun wrongly spelt as Ayanlola Ayandokun, Soliu Oladimeji wrongly spelt as Sulaimon Olafomeji, Ayeni Sunday, Alegbeleye Ojo, Alimi Kamal, Adebayo Dare and Aderemi Kabiru listed in the case as 4th-9th & 27th plaintiffs respectively as reflected in the court papers and orders made by the court alluded to the fraud in the use of their names to procure unsolicited orders in favour of Dotun Babayemi.

The concerned persons have now taken a step further by filing an application before the judge through their counsel, Hashim Abioye Esq, to strike out their respective names and discharge the orders already made in the case same having been fraudulently obtained in their names in a representative capacity without any authorisation. Despite this and despite the physical presence of the applicants in court, the judge continued to make fraudulent ex-parte orders in their presence and their favour, apparently to suit Prince Dotun Babayemi's ambition, instead of sorting out the issue of parties before taking any further step. Meanwhile the application filed by their counsel has been adjourned to 16th March, 2022 for hearing. With the affidavit of denial and application to excuse them from the case asking for a discharge of all the orders made ex-parte without hearing the other parties, including all applications filed in the names of the persons concerned, the suit before Justice Aderibigbe in HIF/6/2022 which was targeted at serving the interest of Dotun Babayemi (who absconded from the gubernatorial primary election of PDP conducted by the National Leadership of the PDP at Osogbo City Stadium on 8th March, 2022, which produced Senator Ademola Adeleke as the candidate of PDP for Osun 2022 Governorship election) has hit the rock.

HIGH COURT JUDGE LAMBASTED DOTUN BABAYEMI'S LAWYER, BARR. KEHINDE ADESIYAN

Justice Onibokun of Osun state high Court in ikirun lambasted the lawyer represented Prince Dotun Babayemi, ( PDP Aspirant) Barr. Kehinde Adesiyan for deceiving the court and condemned his act as unprofessional, Court awarded sum of fifty thousand naira ( 50,000 Naira)cost against him.

Barr. Adesiyan earlier filed an application disguising to be acting for the PDP to have the order made by Justice Obokun to be set aside but the National Legal Adviser of the PDP denied Adesiyan and authorised the State Legal Adviser to handle the matter for PDP.

It’s obvious that this judge is under Oyetola’s payroll to ensure that PDP’s candidate is a weak buffoon so that his victory would be easy.

Ademola Adeleke is PDP candidate and Oyetola is a goner.

Tinubu urine cannot save him.

Just shut up your dirty mouth forever. Did I not tell you yesterday that I was going to catch you very soon. It's just less than 24hrs,here you are. You remember what you said yesterday concerning court orders? You said it doesn't matter how it was gotten but must be obeyed. Please keep quiet and obey, no complaints,no noise. It was APC and Umahi yesterday, today it's the turn of PDP and Adeleke. Mind what you support because what goes around comes around. So keep quiet and obey the court order. Bloody hypocrite!

It has nothing to do with Adeleke.

Blame yourselves, a bad tree can never yield good fruits, you are a product of a systematic corrupt arrangement.
