NATO will help in financial aid.The reason why Ukraine doesn't want to be Putin's puppet is because Russia doesn't have anything to offer.But NATO helps in term of military assistant and financial aid

Most times, it is the rich that send their children to schools in Ukraine and other eastern European countries, majority of whom goes there to read Medicine and Dentistry.

I'm still trying to understand the rationale of giving each of them $100 after they have been safely brought back to Nigeria. People wey dem family get money.

How much have been given to poor people in this country?

Ukraine is quite cheap. Not only the rich send their children there. The average Nigerian family with at least 5 million per annum can afford it. Some families even took loans to send their children to study abroad.
Where you can confirm it is only the rich is countries like USA or Canada.
