No mincing of words, Obi na national theatre horse when it comes to spending. Original akagum

He has been going updaan with no tangible people in his entourage, something he could have assigned to others but cos he wouldn't want to spend

How have all the spendthrifts that have ruled Nigeria made nigeria better?

I heard this from his very close aide, Peter Obi as governor refused to renovate his late father's house at the village in Agulu. He doesn't live there so he considered putting money there a waste. grin

Obi's father's house is 5 minutes drive from my house. And i can tell you that in its current state, it is better than 90% of Nigerian houses. The house is a duplex with high fencing and interlocking block. Wetin im wan renovate again?
Obi tarred the long stretch of road in front of the house, so renovating the house is only a matter of his prerogative.

He has all it takes and Anambra was still a shit hole when he left it? Make una dey deceive unaself. A politician is a politician.
Anambra became the best in Weac under him, and Anambra's health sector became number 1 in the east. Under his rule, Anambra was the safest state by police records.
More noted industries came to the state, the state boasted of one of the best road networks in the country and the state had about the largest savings of any state. His record as governor was quite good by any standard.

Better, Nigeria needs a very stingy, smart miser as president.

Peter Obi has all it takes.

I will likevto hear from people who know Peter obi personally not his praise singers who have never meet hom in their lives and are only repeating what they heard online about him or from 3rd parties.

A man cannot be genuinely good and its only total strangers that are speaking positively about him. undecided

That's why Obi should be good for that position not the presidency.

Buhari is also stingy as well but not the level of Obi
Buhari is about the stingiest president we've had.
So Obi is more stingy. No more stingy people pls

That is a good sign.
When you spend a lot of money on campaign, it is an investment from which you want to make profit if you eventually win.

And the people will suffer for it

And you haven't caught him in one.

The truth is that for people like you who has lived with corruption for so many years, it will be hard for you to believe there are honest people around. That's why people like you needs rehabilitation.
People like him need to put in a correctional facility so that their minds will be progressively disabused to see everything from the prism of corruption and negativity...

Good...

Do something practical for once.

Take a trip to Anambra State and interview a cross-section of people among the LGAs.

Come back and report.

Why do you think it's impossible foe a billionaire to wear a wristwatch for a decade? Explain?
You don't read, do you?

Warren Buffet was the world's second richest man behind Bill Gates for many years before they were overtaken...

Yet Warren Buffet with over $50B had only one old car that he drove for years.

You don't know...that certainly is not a crime against humanity...

But when you decide to wear your ignorance like a badge of honour, then your case becomes a lost cause...

You're not smart. The head is rotten and you can't be effective with the head not correct. Peter Obi is what Nigeria needs in the NOW. Infact,as a matter of urgency.

not me and u. Anambra that is on fire now.

Let people who know the man talk about him.

I asked a question one time and people where saying funny stuff. I said who are the people or businesses Peter obi empowered when in government?

Let hear about them. A good government will produce jobs by producing millionaire or multi million companies owned by individuals or smtn.

Most of the companies they mentioned are his personal companies or state own business. Meaning he only empowered himself and government.

He said Obi served guests with champagne “Obele ego” and the quality of wine meant for students and when anybody complained, he would reply by saying that Government House was not a bar or restaurant.

Continuing Uba said: “The worst is that when one complained too much, he would start handling with his calculator, telling you how many schools and hospitals the money saved from buying costly drinks would help in re-building.”

Makes me like Peter Obi even more. We will OBIdiently vote Peter Obi.

While Buhari wasnt my preferred candidate for APC in 2015 (would have preferred a Fashola then), I supported Buhari after he was chosen as flagbearer for just 1 reason; his infamous tyrannical brutality in dealing with thieves in high places. Unfortunately, the man ended up being the most useless and shameless failure in the only area he was expected to thrive.

Now we have a Peter Obi; the one and only thing I extremely admire in Obi is his brutal frugality, which I believe is something Nigeria desperately needs today. Will Obi live up to his reputation or would he be a scam like Buhari? Only God knows.

Really wish the PDP would give their ticket to Obi. I'd gladly vote PDP if that happens!
