There are no welfare packages for winners of the DV lottery.
I strongly advise against listing your Bf as your spouse because you are not legally married now.
You can both apply as 'singles' now and if/when you get married, you can update your data(i.e. if any of you is selected). However, if/when you get married, be sure to get the appropriate marriage documents and pictures.
