The fun of a marriage is between the sheets? Ah, nobody told me. It means there’s no need for a honeymoon, going on casual dates, attending other married people’s events, traveling around the world, etc.

The woman in question is either out of shape, complacent in the marriage or the husband is someone who doesn’t see the big deal in sex. One can’t expect a forty-something year old spouse to always roll in the hay like a twenty-two year old will. As children never dey the union, jump out. It might just be that you need to make yourself more interesting. Some people get bored easily and when you throw that into a day that's already stressful, this is usually the outcome. Also, how about where you stay, do you stay by yourselves or you always have people around you such that you guys will have to wait till it's night, get into the room, or have till wait till night and everybody goes to bed.

If you guys stay alone, you can always get him the mood everywhere and anywhere. Parlor, kitchen, store, bathroom wherever. You can even more around in towel, even naked sef but when you always have people around, it limits the privacy and fun.

This life no balance at all.......Me that have been sex starved since April.

While I was praying for her kind with high sex libido, I was given a wife that sees sex as a punishment. She only does it to avoid trouble and only when she feels that I have been starved for long. Hardly has a second round since 12 years of marriage.

A good question to start with is,

1. How old is your husband?

If he's in his 40s or late 40s, is he taking any men's health supplements to support his systems functions?
I mean, prostrate health supplements etc.
Testosterone too.

You can encourage him to visit the hospital and check his levels. Cholesterol levels too.

The Nigerian environment is too harsh and affects the struggling man's health in ways you can't imagine.

2. Watch the type of food you cook for him.
Do you put.much oil, fatty food for him?
These kill libido in the man as they block his arteries, impeding smooth blood flow to the penile regions.

3. Give him lots of fruits, like watermelon etc.
Don't encourage sugary consumption.
Sugar kills libido in most men unless you be aboki.
