What baffled me was that a section of the country occupied nearly all position of authority with power to spend and account for it, but whenever they are called to account for how money was spent, they now send another section of the country to go and defend their corruption activities, it happened Finance ministry, NNPC etc, while can't they be bold to defend what they have done, if actually they did it with integrity.
