The matter in contention will be well argued by the opposing Lawyers & we can not prejudice the Outcomes but one thing that I am however sure of is the fact that the hardships being experienced by the general masses due to the poor implementation of the said Policy can not continue, if it does, the chaos it will generate will overwhelme even the Govt..Best bet is for the CBN is to release enough cash that can complement the new withdrawal Policy of #500k for individuals acct holders because as at now, most are not being able to even cash #5k & this is where the Problem lies.

So, vote buying made him organic? Explain more.

See your detailed explanation below.

Throwback:

Is Peter Obi not an opportunist?

What is his political legacy?

Is he an organic presidential candidate like Bola Tinubu who built the structures he is now enjoying, and the party he is now representing at the elections?

What is the name of the party that Peter Obi built and laboured for before he secured the party ticket to be presidential candidate?

Why are you hurt by the truth that Peter Obi is a typical political prostitute without ideology, and a desperate ticket hunter?

Did Peter Obi even know the manifesto of the Labour Party before he hurriedly joined to secure an easy presidential ticket?

Peter Obi is not just an opportunist, he is a political charlatan and pretender.

Certainly not organic or a contender.

Calm down lad , Tinubu will never win. Not only Emefiele will be affected, both Buhari and other cabals that's why they will never declear the old criminal the winner. Highest MKO Abiolas treatment will repeat itself that's after a lot of inconclusive elections.

Wait a minute is it not same Buhari that select most competent people that has been working closely with Emefiele? Are you saying that Buhari's government is corrupt? Is Buhari no longer the man of integrity? What has changed? Urchins everywhere

Anyway Tinubu will never be president

You're missing the whole point. It's pretty simple but it'd be hard for you to understand because bigotry's beclouded your sense of reasoning. Atiku could have effortlessly pulled this off because people are tired of the APC, Obi with his greed left the PDP thinking he stands a chance, there by reducing whatever little votes that would have made the Atiku win. The votes are now split between LP amd PDP and the Yorubas have Obi to thank for it grin making Tinubus victory a smooth one

You clearly don't know the law. It's an institution created by Law and principles. For example, can the president stops the Nigerian Police Force not to arrest criminals?

Exactly. It's contempt ex facie curia for lawyers to be criticizing a decision of the supreme court because of emotions and political partisanship. The lawyers deserved to be jailed.

There is no law prohibiting Lawyers from criticising the judgment of the supreme Court be it in Nigeria or anywhere in the world. And doing so does not fall within Contempt ex facies curia.

The supreme Court is not also infallible. There are plethora of case wherein the SC has reversed its judgment or set aside its Orders.

The recent supreme Court judgments are troubling and should bother any Nigerian.

i am beginning to agree that Yorubas are cawards. They way they avoid mentioning Buhari's name in this case makes one thing that Emefiele has been acting without directions. Maybe Emefiele and his wife decided to redesign new naira and also set the expiry date of the old one.

Even when they heard from Buhari's mouth that the deadline stands after given three months notice they still find ways to avoid Buhari.

To remember that these are same urchins that never agreed that Buhari's government has been highjacked since 8 years makes it even more confusing. So many fools here in the ZOO are senseless

PeterObi4LP:

Let me help you portrait it little. With Kwankwaso, Atiku, Datti and Shettima up North contesting for President and VP, the suppose bloc vote Tinubu is planning to inherit is under the mold, and will be shared among them. Note also that the North sees Tinubu as a fake Muslim who can't recide the Koran.

When you come to South, we have Obi and Tinubu. For sure Obi dominate SE and SS and sure of 50% and above in each of the state, coming down to SW, Obi is sure of 25% and above in each of the SW state. Note also that Obi will have some reasonable vote up North like Abuja, Benue etc.

In conclusion, Obi will win.

N3TRAL:

The injunction is an interlocutory decision, it subsists pending the determination of the suit to protect the res.

In simpler terms, the injunction will be binding on the parties until the Supreme Court decides on the matter.

For instance, If a State Government wants to demolish a building and the owner gets an injunction from a high court of the state to prevent the demolition, the injunction will last until the high court decides whether the Government has the right to demolish the building or not because if the Government destroys the building before the judgement of the court, the government will not be able to rebuild the exact building if the court rules in favour of the owner of the building.

The central bank of Nigeria and the FG will not be able to repair the damages that will occur because of the rejection of old naira notes if the judgment favours the State Governors at the end. The injunction will therefore subsist till the matter is determined.

If judgment is given in 2030, That's when the injunction will elapse grin

Who cares? after all, everybody will stop suffering because of the Old and New currency deadline.
There is no guarantee that Tinubu will win. Even before the currency redesign, we already know Tinubu will still lose.

Northern oligarchs are conniving to stop Obidients from winning, but they will all fail.

This useless man Malami initially supported FG in disobeying the lopsided supreme court pronouncement. Ask yourself when did Buhari start obeying court orders, why didn't he grant nnamdi kanu bail yet?

But seeing that the benefits of not obeying the corrupt supreme court order are tilted more towards Obidients than Atiku, the most lawless govt in the history of Nigeria suddenly remember there is something called "rule of law".

Let me tell you this, the northern oligarchs are working for Atiku, but their hate for Obidients is greater than their love of seeing another northerner succeeding Buhari. So they will rather manage Tinubu as president instead of Obi.

Now Okowa is in borrowing spree in Delta state, I just learned that he has just applied for another N20bln loan some days ago, after initial approval of his N70bln. What this says is that PDP is bringing a lot of money into this election to compete with APC. And Malami is all too happy to see Okowa spending Delta state money to win election for their son Atiku.

You are indeed living in a bondage of illiteracy...grin grin grin

Read the article again and highlight where the SGF said the CBN wasn't joined in the suit because the court lack jurisdiction to stop the CBN, however, a rule of law must be followed before the court would be reminded of this.

Malami, said: “The order was granted by the Supreme Court and the order was to laspe on Wednesday which is the day of the hearing. With that position in mind, we have taken steps to file an objection challenging the jurisdiction of the court to entertain the matter.

“Jurisdiction on the grounds that when you talk of monetary policy regardless of the characters they take, the Central Bank is an indispensable and a necessary party for that matter."
