The Lagos state police command has confirmed that supporters of Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, were attacked by thugs while on their way to his presidential rally in the state today, February 11, IGBERETV reports.

Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, said about four persons were injured in the attack. He also said that they've commenced an investigation.

I personally witnessed one as we descended 3rd mainland bridge. A guy stood with his machete and attached a moving bus, luckily no one was hurt. I was shocked as this was in broad day light. They used violence, threats to stop people from going to TBS for the rally, many people didn't go because of fear and many already arranged buses refused to convey people to the place because of fear of damages and attacks to their vehicles but yet the few strong ones managed to be there defying all the threats and violence.
Now the shameless fools that masterminded the attacks took drone shots, laughing and shouting everywhere on social media that the stadium wasn't filled up😅. Don't worry, the election is near, we will see how many voters your thugs will attack all over Nigeria.
