Made Vegetable Soup & Garri My nephews thought it was great. They're in the UK with their folks. Just got here last night Aren't they too cute?

For breakfast - I made cereal Honeynut bunches of oat with almond For lunch I cooked spinach with fish and other seasoning. Isiukwuato people call it (Ihe ndori) then boil yam |

Exstar: not quarelling now. Just asking. How do you figure noon to be too early for lunch for small children who skipped breakfast? Hey I don't have kids myself so I don't want to be harming my nephews in any way. But to be honest the little rascals did really enjoy it. See as the one tipped his soup out and mixed it with his garri? All that scooping garri in one bowl and soup in another was just taking too long for him now. |

One of my specialties, Smoked fish,kidney beans,cut peas,cooked corn,plantain, I cook and the gurls just fall in love, Worked every time!!!!!! Cept once sha!!!

I didn't cook anything today - I just warmed the pasta I made a week ago, in the microwave and ate. I might make some ogbono soup tomorrow though. |

ifyalways: @ Ify, It actually wasn't that watery. Just didn't use palm oil ( my brother is obsessed about not eating it) so I used canola oil instead. @ topic grilled herb salmon with Basil pesto & Salad

@ topic Made fried rice with a little curry flavor and moi moi. I have not made moi moi in probably 10 years. It came out nice. I used my chinese bamboo steamer to cook it. Nice to have another use for that damn thing. I live alone so I will be eating this for awhile. Thank God for the deep freezer! |
