Ribadu, the security adviser to Tinubu will still be performing the same task & function as NSA(National Security Adviser). He will be operating from ONSA(Office of the National Security Adviser), and be over-seeing the structure of the entire security agencies as a whole, thereby advising the president accordingly on steps, approach, improvement and changes to make.

The position of NSA isn't a war position it's a tactical and a very intelligent position, being a military person doesn't even make you more suitable to advice the president on issues of national security threat than a civilian who is a security expert.

First create two types of police forces.

2. 3. Put the police under the office of the attorney general of the state and federation and separate this office from that of the commissioner or minister of justice.
The position of the attorney general should be contested and candidate should be voted in by the assembly.

It is for that reason I don't think the US style will work with us. The battle for US Independence was fought by farmers and peasants and by extension, that's why every American is allowed to bear arms. It is unlike here where bearing arms is a privilege reserved for a few. It is for these basic reasons that a bloody civilian can't just head the army in Nigeria and most other African countries.
