Any misrepresentation wasn’t willful or intended to portray him as a person possessing qualifications he lacked. It’s very defendable. His possible issue is his true age, Govt College and the gender of the Southwest College student. As far as CSU, he was a graduate and a legitimate certificate proving his claimed university qualifications can be legitimately produced.

If a school in Nigeria categorically states that a certificate or result submitted by an individual never came from them or has no relationship with them, does the fact that the grades or scores or information in the certificate printed are identical to the ones in the person's school transcript make the forged certificate less a forgery or real?!!
