debosky: A while back, some cats felt the inclination to argue unduly and claim to know more about Arsenal than Arsenal fans.

I said it then that Santi Cazorla would be the clear choice as player of the season, some kept harping on 'output' as if that was the only measure for assessing a player.

Anyway, that dispute is dead and buried as I predicted - Santi Cazorla is the Arsenal Player of the season, winning 42.2% more votes than any other player.

Take a bow son! cool

this news might kill dayo.....

Talk to the trophies - the ones that Walcott won that Santi didn't eh?

Does the fact that Bayern won trophies mitigate the fact that you presented a faulty argument/statement e.g. the one above? cheesy

What were you arguing anyway? Wasn't it doofuses like you disputing my assessment that Santi was the best player at AFC this season - a view that has been overwhelmingly supported by Arsenal fans?

Take your BS elsewhere - we don't need it here.

Apply your brain! If you can't remember the argument then verify instead of chatting megedefegede! I never bashed or knocked Santi's achievement I always thought he was a very good signing! Weren't you the m0ron that assumed I would side with Ibime and then went dumb when I asked you to provide proof! My argument was hinged on the fact that Walcott was the most productive Arsenal player. I never said best afterall there are people that still don't think Messi is the best player in the world! Its always gonna be subjective

It is a deficient argument and you know it - being productive ALONE will never suffice to determine who the best player is. Only neophytes analyse footie based only on productivity.

Yes everything is subjective, but when one player overwhelmingly dominates the way Santi did in the poll of Arsenal fans, then it is clear that there is considerable substance behind that viewpoint.

For goodness sake do you just like to argue for the phuck of it? I never said Walcott was Arsenal's best player! Can you show me one place I said so? All I said was Walcott didn't get his due credit from ninjas like you for example (cherry on the top goals and resorting to blatant lies to justify your points) and then you went on and on moaning about Cazorla when Walcott produced more!
How would a footie OG like me argue solely based on stats?

I like it when cats like you try to re-write the bollocks you said earlier.

This is my first post on this issue:

So no Arsenal player in the PFA 11 - not surprising really, although I feel Santi Cazorla should've gotten the nod ahead of Hazard. Hazard had a good splash early on but has faded IMO - Santi has been more consistent over the course of the season and has more EPL goals than Hazard I think.

After which you entered the conversation with:

A-40:

Niggas stay yapping megedefegede! Walcott has been Arsenal's best attacking player this season

What were you implying when you said the above? What did you mean by 'best' here? cheesy

Revisionism at its best.

It seems the dumb just got dumberer! Not even dumber! So you can also see the qualifying term 'attacking' (goals and assists) and you are still asking me what do I imply by best? You invented grammar but can't read! Smh!
Thomas Muller was Bayern's best attacking player this season by virtue of his goals and assists! how does this equate to best overall? If making you look dim was a sport I'd be MVP

Another attempt at evasion eh? Even if we buy your latest attempt at escapism, who asked you for the best attacking player? Why is that relevant to a discussion on Arsenal's best player, except it is being implied that the best attacking player is also Arsenal's best player? Is Santi a defensive player? cheesy

Does Messi win WFOTY for being a defensive player? cheesy

It's either of two cases:

- in your usual dimwitted fashion, you did not understand what was being discussed before jumping into the discussion.

- you are being revisionist and actually implied Walcott was the best Arsenal player which has been overwhelmingly proven to be rubbish by Arsenal fans globally.

In both cases, you've proven yourself a numpty. Now you've been schooled, return to the munching pit from whence you came.

I can see through your charade a mile away - try those tricks somewhere else.

Arsenal fans coach and players are not known to be intelligent in any form shape or manner so it's no surprise that they voted Cazorla.

Look at the views opinions and Assertions of everyone related to arsenal over the past 8 years and see how off they have been.

Just 3 months ago the retardded coach made the statement i posted earlier. In other climes he would be thrown into the red sea for such statements

I'm even going far no be one of you here declare say him life ambition na to sleep with Fabregas

The argument on here was that Wankott has been arsenal most productive player in goals scored and assist provided.

Stats don't lie. Some fans would vote for Beckham Messi Ronaldo even if they are injured all season. Fan vote is a mere popularity contest. The stats are there to back up productive players.

Shebi someone on this forum thinks Torres is the best striker in the league for the past 3 seasons even when stats suggest otherwise

In essence you are just as dimwitted as your fellow munschit supporter (not surprising really) and are unable to comprehend - the argument was that Cazorla was Arsenal's best player and should've been included in the PFA 11.

If you were having an imaginary argument with yourself, then don't bring your madness here.

Theo Walcott 14 goals 12 assists in 2300 minutes

Santi Cazorla 12 goals 12 assists in 3300 minutes

Even the blind know Walcott has been a more productive player than Cazorla

You must be ret@rded! Evading? Lay off those roofies bruh! My argument from day 1 was based on productivity! I never said Walcott was Arsenal's best player! I said he was Arsenal's most productive player which you disputed and even told a disgraceful lie just to prove your point! You have been shown up again for the klutz you are
You asking "Is Santi a defensive player"? Only confirms my sentiment! For example: Thierry Henry was France's best attacking player at Euro 2000 but Zidane was arguably better overall so Debosky asks is Zidane a defensive player? Do you see how dumb you sound!

Use your common sense you blathering id10t! I said best attacking player not best overall for a reason! I don't think Walcott was your best player in the real sense of the word and you can't prove otherwise. I said he is the most productive and even fan polls can't change that! You on the other hand argued that Cazorla did more till I showed you the stats that showed Walcott actually out-assisted and out-scored Cazorla with much less playing time

Cazorla can be Arsenals best player to deluded GAYYners. Is it any surprise?

One must have a bit of delusion and Retardation to be an Arsenal fan in the first place

Duduspace- By 2013 Arsenal would be the dominant team in Europe

Reality: Arsenal just celebrated their 8th trophyless season and 4th place in the league

Wenger: Bayern can not win Champions League

Reality: Bayern just won the treble

Gervinho: convinced Arsenal will win trophies next season (March 2012)

Reality: Arsenal ended trophyless for the 8th season in a row

Gaël Clichy: confident Arsenal can win first Premier League trophy since 'Invincible' 2003-04 season

do you not know when to give up? walcott played 6 times as a centre-forward, he scored 4 goals and 2 assists in that time. do you not think this would skew the starts to favour walcott than cazorla that was stuck out wide and behind the arrowhead all the time?
