You forgot to mention the dire situation our country is in. Someone could go to bed tonight and by morning, we'd hear they've passed away. They couldn't even afford the basic food you mentioned.

I have an inlaw who never tasted alcohol, sugar and their likes. Today she is seriously bedridden and the doctors kept guessing what she doesn't eat as the causes

You can eat healthy all you want, and exercise mornings and nights. Diseases like cancer can still take you out or you can die in a fiery car crash.
